I was so surprised you had a problem with your package. I ordered from Beautylish and dropped the box before I opened it and was so worried but when I saw how well it was wrapped and all that bubble wrap I was relieved. I was intact. But I guess these things happen. I love love this look on you and the lip too. I'm enjoying this palette very much.

You did a ABSOLUTELY GREAT JOB in making this video,(So good that I subscribed!) This was the first time which I had seen your videos and it's so refreshing to come across a new channel (to myself) that's NOT some 18year old which can't even speak properly!!! I watch Stephanie Nicole and also A GLITTERY LIFE aswell, and find their videos so informative! I just wish A GLITTERY LIFE would do more tutorial videos, with her being a makeup artist, I would Love to learn more techniques!!! I think you did a very good look using this pallet. I noticed that with a very strong intensity of pigment within a shadow, one must use a light touch when applying the shadow. So I did once again enjoy the look that you have shown us using this pallet!!! Thank you!!!

First of all: I love the colors of the palette and the LILA palette calls my name but I know I woun't use the metallics as much as I should for the price tag.
Yes I am watching A Glittery Life since a year now and I was impressed about Trish's informations too. She did a great review of the Sunset Palette too. I've heard about using a sponge applicator several times, but I've never tried it out. At this time I don't own any Natasha Denona palettes. I had two of the 5 pan palettes but gave them away because I have hooded eyes and I hated using my fingers for the eyeshadow. BUT if Natasha is bringing out a more natural cool toned palette with less glittery/metallic but more matt eyeshadows I will buy it without a doubt!
Back to your impressive review! I find it very comfortable that u wrote the amount of finishes on the top left on the screen. That was a very nice idea. Your swatches were good; every single color was shown up very nice.

Oh! You just made me want to buy this palette right now! I had her first 2 28 pans , but then I switch to all organic products because my skin condition, that’s when I stop buying all these beautiful products.....saved me a lot of money!!! But I just love purple on my eyes, I’m definitely getting this one at Sephora 20% sale(not a vib member anymore 😂😂😂)

Thanks so much for watching!! I can completely sympathize with having a skin condition. I suffered from eczema for most of my adult life and it finally calmed down about 5 years ago. And I was able to start wearing some makeup again!

Yes!! Saw you got yours broken and I nearly wept for you, but I'm super glad that Beautylish customer service is the best! I have been living for this palette. And I did see AGlitteryLife's video, absolutely awesome tips for use. I totally use those sponge tip applicators for the metallics. I use my fingers, too, but they work great. Your look in this video is gorgeous! As always, top notch review. The only thing I've noticed is that I do get a bit of fading with Amethyst and Magentic, but not too bad. Im still using those shadows and trying different priming products and techniques. I'm cursed with lids that tend to suck the life out of most shadows.
Thank you so much!! No wonder those Sephora shadows work so well for you! I'm sure you use primer and all that, but I find when I use a lot of powder on top of primer it helps even more. Like a lot of powder. I use one of those puffs and roll it over my lids and just lightly brush off the excess. I guess I'm baking the primer? LOL

A transluscent - whatever I'm using that day, usually the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Skin Perfecting Micro Powder (longest name ever.). I feel like it works better than a shadow.

Does Beautylish not require you to return an item to get a replacement? WOW!
They don't. It's not something they can resell anyway, so they told me to keep it!
I definitely felt very weird about it. But a good friend offered and she knew the whole story, so I took the opportunity!
Not to throw shade as well, but it kinda rubs me the wrong way that you sold the new palette and are now "OK" with having a palette with a cracked shadow. Granted, the palette is VERY expensive and should have came undamaged but GIVING the first palette to your friend and keeping the second palette for yourself would have been the way to go imo. Nonetheless, I enjoy your reviews.
@@candicea2472 Felt that too. Should have given the busted one to the friend and kept the replacement that BL sent, that you paid for, as it looks now, someone got a free palette. Don't mean to shade either, but.... I have had two palettes replaced because of damage during shipping from two different companies, neither wanted the busted palette returned, but quickly sent a replacement. Would not have dreamed to sell that replacement to a friend, but would have gifted the busted one to a friend.

I must say this palette is GORGEOUS on you! I have VERY different coloring, but ordered on a whim during recent sale. I will admit one of the reasons I bought it was I was pronouncing it LILA for my 12th grandchild!🤪😂

Wow, do your eyes pop today in those colors! I had a five pan Natasha arrive cracked and Beautylish was so great about taking care of it and said to keep the broken one. I had to throw it out because the pigments fell out whenever I touched it, quite the mess. So, warning! Don't drop your palette!! :-)

Oh man, as a green eyed girl, I am drawn to this. Just wondering if my boring New England medical-based life could pull it off.
Ha!! Let's wow that medical office!! There are definitely a lot of muted tones in the palette, and used with a light hand you could get some nice everyday looks!
Why do I get the feeling I'm going to need a cheat sheet on how to use this palette? lol I feel like a total rookie hahaha
I don't think you can go wrong with any combo of these shadows! They all go together and the mattes blend so so easily.
This makeup look is stunning on You! It makes me think of butterflies or flowers for some reason lol. Also really refreshing and elegant in a sea of pinky-cut crease-with-false-eyelashes looks that can be very tacky IMO.
I know that Natasha Denona palettes are very good quality but for me, for such an expensive product the packaging isn't very luxurious.. But maybe it's just me, I am a packaging freak lol (especially strict on the high end brands).
I know what you mean about the packaging. I do wish it was in a hard plastic case. I don't mind it too much, but def not my preference. I loved her Sculpt & Glow palette packaging.
