LOTS of these second hand market prices dropped some, so for those of you that waited for the day after...smart move! Sometimes i'll wait months after to watch the prices drop. Very few releases go up when you average in how many releases RSD has.
Red Rocks is my bucket list venue. I live 5 minutes from George’s Song Shop the oldest record store in America. He seems to get all the rare RSD releases
I was happy with what i got / The bargain this year for RSD was Little Feat live / 3 LP set for only $50. I also picked up John Lee Hooker & The Faces.
Re. The Doors - Bakersfield there's like 12,500 copies pressed worldwide, so there's really no reason to be paying out the arse for it.. Should be plenty for everybody! ;)
That Jesus Lizard was probably my favorite pick up today, sounded pretty good. I got to the store three hours after it opened and there was five Coheed albums still there. Not a fan of group so wasn't surprised there were a lot of copies.Hope they don't get those Ebay prices and get stuck with them.
Dude at the border killed himself and wife because those clowns cancelled their show . . .they couldn't just pay someone else to put on clown makeup and lip sync ?

I thought there were 6 or 7 really good BFRSD releases. I’ve learned that I don’t need to stand in line. Most have no interest in what I want. That U2 seemed like a lazy RSD release. How about releasing the complete concert. The vast majority of RSD releases will come back down in price.
depends on who you talk to...both items get addicted to and some can control those addictions and some cant. some let that addiction ruin their life, some don't. but to your first point..yes if no one stopped buying from flippers then they wouldn't find that need...but like drugs, there is always going to be willing buyers, now aren't there. @@jonnjonzz5702
it was just to give a perspective on what people are paying for the records on day of..in hopes they realize to play the long game and wait it out. All of these RSD prices drop as they usually do. Only a very few go up in value.
they were huge in the Chicago area, but never seem to break it into the national or world-wide arena. They have enjoyed a cult like status ever since. What a great pop-rock band.

"Junior Citizen" is a great Poster Children song, so are "He's My Star" "Dynamite Chair" and "If You See Kay". They were a great band back in the day.
Amazing band. Saw them a few times pre Tool of The Man era.

very true. lots sitting on ebay right now for regular price or just above. Those that paid over $100 usd for it should have waited.

Jesus Lizard were such a cool band-I just need a first press of the first record. Do you think the Bollweevils will reissue any of thier old records?
Not sure. Something tells me, if they haven't already, they probably won't. I wouldn't get my cut anyway 😮

True. Playing the waiting game usually brings the prices down. Itcould be nice to watch that entire U2 concert. Back when U2 was edgy.
