낮에는 냉면을
밤에는 달짝한 칠리새우
어떠신가요...?
주냉야칠
* 준비물 소개
- 라이스페이퍼 칠리새우
재료: 라이스페이퍼, 칵테일새우, 고춧가루, 물엿, 케첩, 식초, 식용유
- 중국식 냉면
재료: 오이, 당근, 계란, 맛살, 생면, 냉면육수 팩, 식초, 간장, 치킨스톡(옵션), 참기름, 통깨
* 조리 방법
1) 라이스페이퍼 칠리새우 만들기
- 물에 적신 라이스페이퍼를 반으로 자른다.
- 자른 라이스페이퍼에 살짝 데친 칵테일 새우를 크기에 따라 1개~2개 넣고 감싼다.
- 식용유로 팬을 채워준다.
- 라이스페이퍼로 감싼 새우를 노릇노릇 튀겨준다.
- 마지막으로 라이스 페이퍼 1장을 통으로 튀겨 접시 위에 플레이팅 한다.
- 칠리소스를 만들어 튀겨둔 새우와 버무려주면 완성!!
/양념장 레시피: 고춧가루2, 물엿4, 케첩2, 식초1
2) 중국식 냉면 만들기
- 시중에 파는 냉면육수 1개에 식초 1스푼, 간장 0.5스푼을 넣어준다.
- 오이와 당근을 채 썰고 계란 지단을 부쳐 채 썰어 준다.
- 게맛살을 적당한 크기로 자르고 잘게 찢어준다.
- 생면을 따로 삶아 찬물에 헹구고 접시에 담는다.
- 오이, 당근, 계단, 게맛살을 올리고 맨 위에 고명으로 올려준다.
- 차갑게 식혀둔 육수를 부어준다.
- 땅콩소스를 한 젓가락을 떠 가볍게 올려준 뒤 육수에 풀어준다.
- 완성된 냉면을 야무지게 호로록 해준다!!!
