This girl is amazing. Grace is literally grown into an artist that has created her own unique sound and I have a feeling she will be around for a very long time and have a very lucrative career. Her personality also shines through and she is very humbling, she's true to herself and to her fans. Also Grace is beautiful and sorry I think she's more gorgeous than Taylor ever was or is. Geez she is going to be a Juggernaut, no limitations at all. Fifteen years old she is the definition of musical genius imagine her talent at 20, 30 enjoy her while she is accessible before she ascends into the stratosphere and the whole world becomes her stage.

Grace's performances are never contrived or plastic. She just says, "Here it is, I hope you like it." What's different is, she means it. Then she delivers with complete honesty.

I think it's kinda sad how she replied the self doubt question. Usually people will reply with something like not giving up on their passion and finding the motivation to keep going. I'm glad she's honest but I really hope that she still enjoys making music.
She has so much talent and that can create a lot of pressure since people's expectations for her keeps getting higher and higher. Things like "imagine how amazing she'll be when she grows up" may have good intentions but it also may make her feel like she has to push herself to create something that her audience will like, and intensify the fear of letting people down.
This is just pure speculation. I'm in no way saying that this is how she feels but merely putting myself in her shoes and stating how I would feel in her position. Take care of yourself Grace!
Hopefully Grace has an attitude like Amira, I just open my mouth and sing just like everyone else but when I do it everyone claps. If Grace knows there's no tricks to it you just write and compose like you did from the start and everyone claps. She shouldn't feel like she should better her last song, just keep writing it will happen anyways

Love this performance. Interviews of Grace are always interesting. She always has an intelligent point of view. But we all know she's a genius so that's not surprising. It shows in everything she does.
The very fact that she won't quit because she realizes other people have jobs that depend on her career says a lot about her character. It says even more about her parents and how they raised her to look out for others and not just herself. She has what most music people wish they had character and true raw talent.

I think once Grace finishes high school where she won't have 2 jobs to contend with, she will be happier. She has alot on her plate now. The question about dealing with self doubt. Singer Stevie Nicks once told a reporter that before every concert she has crippling self doubt. Now this started at age 17 and now she is still singing at age 71. So much for this "self doubt" feeling. Another person who always had a bad case of stage fright before a performance, Ringo Star of the Beatles. I could give long list. Its part of being human, and linking it to failure just isn't true. Everyone is born with a natural talent. Find yours...
