From a Lions fan.... good break down. I think this game could possibly go the Packers way for reasons you didn't state. Goff traditionally is not great in outdoor stadiums and gets even worst if it's cold or rainy. Sundays forecast for low 50s with tons of rain will likely mean Goff doesn't play a good game. So it will really come down to if GB can stop the run. That's my opinion anyways. Go Lions #onepride

If Love isn’t 100% , he shouldn’t be on the field risking further injury. Willis seems to be perfectly capable of going under center to run the offense and is even better in the shotgun. I guess it comes down to how Love feels . But I would not risk the season for one game.
