The grand scale of Super (Sonogong) still takes me by surprise every time I watch (as do Mingyu's arms 😂). If you look into it, from my understanding of it, the song is actually based around Sonogong who is the Monkey King in Journey to the West, but also pays tribute to Dragon Ball Z as Goku is based off of Sonogong as well. SEVENTEEN have my heart now along with BTS and SKZ and gradually TXT. Honestly, I was ARMY only for a long time, then, like you, got obsessed with SKZ. Once I started opening up to other groups, it is SUCH a slope. Pagan, SEVENTEEN are great. They have a very different dynamic from SKZ in their relationships with each other, but it's such a fun ball of chaos when they're all together. Groups that are permitted to have so much input over their own content really shine in a different way. I've really enjoyed their comeback this time around. The number of comeback in the next few months are going to wreck me, tho. SO much amazing talent. I am excited to see where they go next, altho, SEVENTEEN will face military service coming up (4 of the members are 27) in the next 2 years; I am really excited to how far they'll go before then. They are on such a rise right now.
