Thanks, yeah apparently we have to have four pets in the household at once or it's too empty lol. Our newest was surrendered from a home about a year ago apparently and no one had picked her yet.
There he is! So if we're talking about thread and Minoan civilization, was the author able to resist the Ariadne reference? Because that's where my mind immediately went. 😊 Mad Catastrophe sounds good. I've already picked up a number of WWI books to get me started, but I'll keep it in mind. Yeah, I'll have to dig out something for Earth Science and Chemistry too. Hadn't really planned on it, but I typically make plans to ignore them. Which REALLY begs the question of why I bother. 🤪 Well, thanks for the mention and for an enjoyable video. Have a nice weekend!
No problem. Yeah chemistry is probably my weakest science in general tbh so I don't even know where to start. I pushed those memories from chem lab back in the day out of my head haha
The disappearing Spoon sounds fascinating. I just uploaded my NFN tbr too! Sorry for your loss and hope the hand gets better soon! I am still recovering from a broken ankle since July!
The Missing Thread sounds amazing! It makes me think of a book I read a few years ago called Threads of Life. It was also a women's history but through the medium of fiber arts (which is one of my big interests)
I was just thinking yesterday how I haven't seen you come out with anything recently and was wondering if it was cuz I wasn't getting notifications or you weren't actually putting video out. Lo and behold here you are. Okay, now I need to go watch the video. I'm guessing by the wristband there that something may have happened. Oh boy hope you are ok
Oh gosh. I suspected something was up. Sorry about your fur baby. We lost our only pet (14 y/o dog) in September. I’m currently reading Nature Fix as part of nonfiction November, which I heard about from you a while back! 😊🍁🌳🌸
Glad that you’re on the mend. Sorry for your loss. Losing a beloved pet sucks but saving another is wonderful.

Good luck with NFN! The Missing Thread went straiiiight to my TBR :D
Yeah it'll definitely be a good one, hope you like it too!
So sorry to hear you lost a pet.
Good luck with your November reading.
Thanks Heidi, he was above average age so it was bound to happen at some point. I'm going to try and get a lot in this month
Fabulous selection. Condolences on losing a pet, always traumatic. Hope your arm fixes soon 😊
Thanks, I'm just now starting to catch up on others' vids too. Yeah it's always weird losing a pet.

I'll have to look at that one. I read one called the Golden Thread maybe and it was a history of textiles and similar.
I’m so sorry for your loss 💔 I lost my two year old kitty Binx this year and it was devastating - sending lots of love ❤️
Thanks, yeah it's always a difficult time fore sure, sorry to hear about Binx as well, especially being young.
_Revolutionary Spring_ sounds really nteresting but… when would I fit it in? An interesting bunch of books, Jason. Sorry to hear about your pet.
Thanks. Yeah Revolutionary Spring is good but slow going

Sorry to hear about yours as well, ours was a feather baby this time. Nature Fix was pretty good from what I remember, good pick
19th century was 'kick-ass', as they said back then.
Lol
Sorry you lost a pet and hurt your arm
Thanks Stuart, appreciate it
