I think it was Tony Dungee that had a conversation with George over the past off season & whatever advice Tony gave, George thankfully listened lol. He has finally removed himself & Ted from the football decisions & the guys that actually understand football are in full control.. If you've been a die hard Bears fan for decades, you know this regime just feels different! Plus, we got a QB boys & girls 😜

I don't think, before Poles and Cunningham were hired for their F.O. duties, that unsatisfactory GM Ryan Pace would scout college players during the NFL and College Football Season. I hope the players that both Poles and Cunningham saw at Georgia Tech, Clemson & Alabama, were good enough to possibly draft in the 2023 NFL Draft and the help the Bears on the O-Line, D-Line, Edge Rusher plus WR. Cool to see 2 well spoken brothas…. It’s funny, I think the term “dumb athlete” is accurate in a lot of cases… But what I learned from sports…. The sharpest minds in baseball is usually the bat catcher,in basketball it’s the point guard… And in football it’s the Offensive Linemen.
It starts with a franchise quarterback that box has been checked. From that point on i would build the offensive line with the next two picks then go defense. You can find weapons in free agency or trade. If Justin can get a top 7 oline he will gives this offense a prolific boost.
