- UK Reform leader Nigel Farage says he “didn’t used to believe in miracles” but now he does after the assassination attempt of Donald Trump.
Former US president Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt at his rally in Pennsylvania earlier this month.
“I didn’t used to believe in miracles, but after what happened on that day, I think now I do,” Mr Farage told Sky News host Paul Murray.

No, the flag raising on Iwo Jima was NOT staged. There was a misunderstanding by the photographer when his paper asked him a question. The raising of that flag was the second flag because the first flag was too small. The second flag was raised under very combat conditions and the photographer (Joe Rosenthal) got a lucky shot!
