  • Model Jarrod Scott gets black-tie ready for the 10th GQ Australia Men of the Year Awards.
Australian supermodel Jarrod Scott could be forgiven for forgetting his roots, his credentials are many and the list of photographers to have shot him commanding. He has appeared in campaigns for Givenchy, Chanel and Jean Paul Gaultier as well as Tom Ford, Armani, Calvin Klein and Jimmy Choo.
“I’m constantly traveling to shoot all over the world - no two days is ever the same for me,” Scott tells GQ. “I'm disciplined with my time outside of work because having a routine keeps me focused. I do everything with intensity, whether its working out or racing supercars on-track.”
Swapping his AFL ambitions for the jet setting life as one of the worlds most in demand top models, Jarrod is still very much an Aussie boy at heart. Recently in Sydney to celebrate the 10th GQ Australia Men of the Year Awards, Scott also found the time to collaborate on a short film with director Al Weekes and photographer Jake Terrey.
Titled “ONE DAY”, the short gives a glamorous insight into a world lusted after by the millennial generation. It follows a day in the life of Scott, from bed, to pool to the GQ red carpet itself.
“I feel very privileged to have brands like Ferrari, Louis Vuitton, Omega and HP as part of my world they fit into my lifestyle perfectly,” he says. “It's always good to come home to Australia from my home base in New York, put on a tuxedo and celebrate the Men of the Year awards with the GQ team.”
