Baph0met~ Nope, not at all. I have yet to see anything that makes LuCiel OP as of yet. Aside from possibly Chillis Ruinous Impact, but even then it has to be a back atk to even do all the dmg. And Nooblesse does high dmg but feeds MP so you can escape. That and their HP is considerably low when compared to the others. Id say, until CrA and Assuras hitboxes get checked out (hopefully with the revamps in September), theyre the most broken classes.

Zelyy Möbius Not sure if you already worked it out, but I assume he/she is referring to the Skill Note for Dead Hands, which applies the Seal of - Buff - you chose as base, if any. One of Dreadlord's passives adds bonus effects to the Seal, which looks like you're inflicting enemies with Curse.
Zelyy Möbius Basically, if you have a Seal from the level 15 skill row as base with both the Dead Hands Skill Note and Seal of Terror passive from Dreadlord, you'll inflict a debuff that looks exactly like curse. (Although it isn't curse, it lowers Dark Resistance rather than burning MP.)
