I think bro this speed check was similar to one they had in new Zealand in early 90s where they checked the speed at the batting end rather than at the time of ball release from the hand. Which is the normal practice.
So you can add 10 to 12 Kms at least to these deliveries.
That's the difference I have noticed in the 2 measurements over the years.

Yes, same was my first feeling. But accuracy looks OK. Paterson around 82 MPh. It was second spell. Looks OK to me.
