  • Đulbastije su starinsko jelo, zapravo je riječ o jelu koje se priprema od mljevenog mesa miješanim sa rendanim krompirom. Prvo se prže na ulju, zatim zaIjevaju bogatim bešamelom, pa konačno zapeku u rerni. Ovo dvoje, šnicle i bešamel, su srodne duše. Stvoreni su jedno za drugo u tolikoj mjeri da se često upitam kako to da se ranije nismo sjetili spojiti ih. Pođimo od toga da su šnicle fantastičan izum. Od njih se napravi dobar sendvič, može se uz njih pripremiti i neka rižica, a mogu se i pojesti onako bez ičega. S druge strane, bešamel, kad ga napravimo kako treba (a ja ću vam pomoći da ga napravite kako treba) je jedan domaćinski sos koji će vam u momentu utoliti glad. Narendani krompir ih čini mekšim, pa kad se peku zajedno sa bešamelom, zadržavaju vlažnost i svoje sokove.
    Đulbastije is an old-fashioned dish, in fact it is a dish prepared from minced meat mixed with grated potatoes. They were created for each other to such an extent that I often wonder how come we didn’t think of merging them before. Let's start with the fact that steaks are a fantastic invention. They make a good sandwich, you can make some rice with them, and you can eat them without anything. On the other hand, bechamel, when we make it properly (and I will help you make it properly), is a homemade sauce that will satisfy your hunger in an instant. Grated potatoes make them softer, so when they are baked together with béchamel, they retain their moisture and juices.

    500 g mljevenog mesa
    400 g krompira
    2 čena bijelog luka
    1 glavica crvenog luka
    1 jaje
    2 kašike brašna
    Začini (sol,biber,vegeta,crvena paprika)
    Bešamel sos :
    50 g putera
    3 kašike brašna
    500 ml mlijeka
    100 ml vrhnja za kuhanje
    50 g mocarele
    Začini (sol,biber)
    Ingredients:
    500 g of minced meat
    400 g of potatoes
    2 cloves garlic
    1 onion
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons flour
    Spices (salt, pepper, vegeta, red pepper)
    Bechamel sauce:
    50 g butter
    3 tablespoons flour
    500 ml of milk
    100 ml of cooking cream
    50 g mozzarella
    Spices (salt, pepper)
