Thumps up! The only honest review on this product. You can see the temp overshoot in almost all "influencer" videos but they decided to just go with the scam and make ppl waste their money

Great honest review. It is sad ASmoke wanted to buy you off to cover up a faulty product. Customer Service response and parts availability seem to be a major issue for all electronic controlled grills/smokers, however selling an untested grill is inexcusable. Maybe the fired Weber Smoke Fire engineers went to work for ASmoke.
I have two portable pellet grills. The Green Mountain Grills Davy Crockett and the ZGrills Cruiser you had reviewed a couple of years back. The Davy Crockett is made just like the big pellet grills and makes some very good food. It weighs 75 pounds though The Cruiser works so far but temps are a little unstable. It occasionally runs away like yours is doing.

I'm on my 2nd AS350.
The 1st had 400° temperature swings.
Asmoke NEVER returned any calls.
Luckily, Home Depot took it back with no questions asked.
I researched all the table top models AGAIN, looking for the best fit for our RV.
The AS350, on paper, fits my needs the best, so I hesitantly ordered another one, from Wal-Mart this time to ensure that I didn't get the same grill back!
The 2nd one is much better, and the more I run it, the better it holds temperature.
It still occasionally swings +/- 30*, which is excessive, I think, but I've learned to live with it.
But, I would NOT recommend Asmoke to anyone.

Never owned a pellet grill until I bought an Asmoke AS350. not sure how the other small pellet grills work, but I can tell you from experience that asmoke is DEFINITLY NOT the way to go. The 350 is not a "smart" grill, but it has the same problems with not maintaining temperature, and the worst thing is, you have zero support from the company. Tom said in this video that he has gone back and forth with asmoke reps. over this grill. Buy one, and you will NOT go back and forth with them because they will ignore you from now on, or they will send emails that make no sense whatsoever. Had a missing part when I purchased my 350, and after 2 months of trying to speak with someone with a brain, they told me that I had no warranty because I bought it from Home Depot. I didn't ship them to Home Depot to sell, they did! IF it says ASMOKE on it, staaaay awaaaay!
