I believe that Brad`s wife getting herself into shape and dolling herself up is not the main reason Brad is experiencing insecurities about her. The main reason is that his wife since losing weight and taking more pride in her appearance has begun socialising a lot more including with guys that does not involve him. This would make any husband feel uncomfortable with his wife`s activities. So I can understand his concerns. Also the way she swore at him and then hung up made me suspect that maybe she is up to no good.
Naw, they are a bunch of gay guys, and he sounds like a whiny, insecure jerk. He probably sits on his ass all day getting fat, and now she wants just a little fun. They are all a bunch of gay guys FFS. Chill out.
I say whether it's wife or husband having suspicion, go with ur gut! She's up to no good hanging out with men. She should have been going out with her husband and be his eye candy. She's not totally innocent.
I lost 70 pounds on my own without surgery & my man got extremely jealous, even though I had asked him to join me on my weightloss journey. It's sadly natural for spouses & people close to that person to get jealous & insecure, but on the other hand, those people should join the person getting healthy then...
I agree... it's a D*&^head move... Best way to figure it out is to restart one's own life... See if she is re-attracted. Also, there are many devious ways to find out without her knowing. I am so gad I've never been married! What a freaking nightmare for your average nice guy... It would be so much fun to see the look on her face when he replies... "Going out?" Met too! Have a great time!" You want to get a woman's mind racing? Do that instead... It's so important to be in physical and mental shape for these moves...
I would bet my life that she asked her husband a hundred times to hang out with her gay work friends, and he wasn't having it, but now that she lost the weight, he is all jealous and overweight. Is he really worried about a bunch of gay guys giving her compliments? It's clearly HIS insecurities and sounds like a whiny baby. No wonder she wants to go out with friends. He probably goes out with his friends and never bothers him, but when SHE does it....he's whining.
If my wife went through a physical and character transformation, began dolling herself up, started socialising a lot more that includes guys and with people I don`t know, I`d also have concerns of what she`s up to. Obviously Brad`s wife now want`s her independence, but marriage is about compromise and I don`t see any compromises on his wife`s part. She has attitude and personally I wouldn`t trust her, because she has adopted a new lifestyle that does not include her husband.
I don't think it is right for a married man or woman to seek the attention of the opposite sex or to party with people of the opposite sex without their partner. I don't want the attention of the other sex, and I don't want any issues that could be caused by partying alone without my spouse. It just isn't worth it to me. Too much drama and too much room for mistakes. Even if I do nothing wrong and have nothing but good intentions, I don't want to make my spouse feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. You have to BUILD and NURTURE trust.
This is such a double standard! if this was a man acting like this wife did they would be all up on him
Not always 🤷♀️

Man single-handedly ruined his relationship by going on a radio show instead of talking to her in person
He probably figured that she wasn’t gonna be honest with him 🤷♀️

You should never have to ask if u can go out with your spouse.

True, but most married men won't hang out with gay men, even if their wives invite them. This isn't the normal situation.
