This is how my lawful good paladin becomes a death knight isn’t it.
*Slaps Infernal Warmachine* This baby can kill so many demons.
So, D&d meets DOOM, meets 40k.
I'm on board with it!
Tbf Doom's hell is more like The Abyss.
Meets Mad Max Fury road … sign me up.
Dang man, now I’m hearing doom music in my head watching this video.
@@JazzyBassy True however the Abyss is constantly invading Avernus so there may be opportunities to RP as the Doom Slayer with the Blood War constantly raging on that layer of hell.
@@relint12 True, I didn't really think about that! A theme about Doom are demon incursions, so it fits even better to be invaded by demons than being on their home plane.
I love how these dndbeyond interviews used to be all serious and calm, and now it's just all the guys laughing their arses off because they love their jobs so much.
WE ALL DIE SHINY AND CHROME
It's like creating your own monsters as a PC. That's so sick. I'm all in!!!
Mad Max: DndBeyond Thunderdome!
Borderlands in hell... I'm in.
So I can finally become Ghost Rider in D&D?? I'm sold
Fury Road in Hell? with customizational death race vehicles??? take my money!!!
Da Red Wunz Go FASTAH!!!!!
I can just imagine my character and my buddies forming up a literal Hell's Angels ala Sons Of Anarchy, riding along Avernus kicking ass and taking names and making war market deals.
Every TAZ fan screaming "Petal to the Metal!"
So Demon Ichor means there I can finally do my Fast and Furious x Dungeons and Dragons crossover. Finally, my character can live his life a quarter mile at a time.
Now that’s what I call ‘hell on wheels’
I’ll see myself out
Can't believe that they got spurt for this interwiew
all in on a villain being the sleazy car salesman who gives the players their first warmachines that end up being faulty or bought on bad credit which leads to devils being angry at them.
Can't wait to blast the DOOM ost as my PCs rip and tear
So D&D + Mad Max? Why do I think that this release will see a significant increase in bards...
electrical lutes and war machine screamer weapons
metal
Orc Zealot Barbarian on a Devil's Bike with a ramp on the front and a Lance in one hand, scewering demons while cackling with uncontrollable glee followed by an army of devils and others that are more afraid if him that demon horde he's slaughtering. Where do I sign?
D&D meets CarWars. I’m down 100%
With all that talk about Infernal War Machines, "Pyre Original Soundtrack - Thrash Pack" started sounding in my head. Look it up.
Zealot Barbarian named Immortan Erectus.... Asmodeus shall WITNESS ME!!!!
*Whispers* It's the River Lethe that is about forgetfulness.
*Black Sabbath starts playing in the distance
I think the thing that hit me the hardest from this video is the fact that ichor is pronounced eye-core and not ick-er...30 years of my life....lies and chicanery.... :'(
I am looking forward to playing this module so much!!
What can I do to get you into an Infernal Warmachine... today?
Mad Max D&D is a great idea.
I can figure a movie with all this insane stuff. It would be awesome!
Mad Max in D and D, coooool!
*I'M ON THE HIIIIIGHWAY TO HELL*
I sold my soul for Car Wars. Best. Deal. Ever.
@D&D Beyond Can we get a box set of "The Nine Hells" adventures?
Oooooooohhh! Thats so cool!!!
I'm finally getting to this point in Descent into Avernus and I can't wait to play Mad Max: Fury Road music when Raggadragga attacks!
Warmachine plus Artificer with Artillarist subclass plus Alchemist. Entire crew are goblins.
Yes!
Make that artificer an orc /half-orc and you're good to go
I was going to hit like, but then I saw the video was at 666 Likes and it felt inappropriate.
Ghost riders bike!
I'm now thinking of a gorkamorka style campaign for this.
My artificer and his tools start ready.
Can't wait to throw these in an eberon campaign...
New races, new feats, new classes or subclasses..........
I fuckin hope so-
Balder’s gate is cool but where the hell is the Ebberon setting book?!?
If you got the dnd beyond app and paid for the digital version of the eberron setting
DK DRACO I mean the hardcopy
@@blackace1278 It'll be out this fall, they announced it at the end of the event.
Is this when D&D jumped the Bullette?
No, I'm too busy loving the idea.
@@chronowolf137B Which idea, going to hell or Avernus being deathrace 2000 with demons on coin-op motorbikes?
Mostly the second, but both sound great
I have always wanted a planescape adventure in the lower planes. Hells a bit cliche but I'll take what I can get.
@@chronowolf137B Don't get me wrong, planar campaigns are great and all but to make hell an homage to shlocky 80's metal album covers is just that bit too self-indulgent and meta for me.
In the process of making a DeathRace 2000 campaign for a group of new players. DeathRace meets Redline and I am going to be able to run ~10 players in this introductory race.
*DOOM theme plays*
Welp looks likw im gonna need to make a heavy metal mix for a campainge
Kinda reminds me of mortal engines with the harpoons
One of the other PCs in my party likes to inslave NPCs that we would otherwise kill. We brought an army of NPCs into hell and they all got to operate war machines. It was so chaotic.
I am awaited to VALHALLA!!!!
Like number 666, strangely fitting.
Including final articier? :)
Cait Sith Nah that’ll be the hardback Eberron release I think
Baator greensteel
This can not come out fast enough!
Who else will be using Mad Max music as the background music?
"Vehicle mechanics for.... other projects" = "hey guys, get ready for Spelljammer!"
Dnd meet danta infernal?
Remember kids, if your dm tells you guns are unrealistic technology in their fantasy world, remind them there are literally cars in dnd
Soul powered demon cars in hell
Someone else's bad idea doesn't justify another bad idea
Whoops! Spoilers!
tbh feels a lil on the nose...
I’m not a fan of the infernal war machines. I want the campaign to have more of a Diablo 1 feel and I think vehicles make it seem more like the Hell version of Eberron. So Instead I’m going to reflavor the vehicles to be giant beasts that they can ride and upgrade. I’m taking inspiration for the Beasts and upgrade system from the old C64 game called Mail Order Monster.
French plz
I don't like that we keep putting new rule systems in adventure books. It makes things weird when there's multiple Dms in a group.
Well.....if theirs multiple DMs at a table.....there should only be one DM, the one that’s running the game. Everyone else should be a player, so whatever the person who’s actually running the game says is law. .....Usually haha
