For me this is a subtle Chorus thats the way they should be mad so they just add a bit of melody to what your playing to make it just that bit more. This one works for me. Also really love the lights that's a really nice touch.
Vintage setting sounds like it detunes the chorus almost like a tape echo whereas modern is just like a clean classic digital style chorus… Really nice pedal though and I like the way you guys used it but I was hoping for some distortion through it… 😊
The problem with it for me is that it's the same money as a used TC Corona or MXR m234, so I'd be taking either of those every day of the week over this pedal. I'd also be very interested to see if the Joyo sucks any signal or tone from the circuit as they're generally made with the bare minimum quality electronics.
What? The tc is $120 and the mxr is $130 the Joyo is $50 EDIT: just realised you said used haha. Even used I can’t find those prices though. They’re all 80-90 sometimes even 100. There are just a couple for 70.
Still not exactly sure what the "depth" control is doing... Maybe it controls the depth of the frequency range of the signal subject to the effect? The "width" control seems to be what would normally be the "depth" control on other choruses...
I've just got myself this pedal. Looks nice but I haven't been able to figure it out. I haven't dialed the sound I'm looking for. Feels like changing the parameters does little to nothing. But I have tried quietly, I'll try tomorrow with proper volume.
Like Joyo stuff the sounds of this pedal certainly different l thought it came across as harsh sounding but not in a bad way cool video cheers both!👍🙂🎸
Has anyone opened it up to see what chip it has? I'm wondering if it used the PT2399 chip, which is a "Digital" (44kb of RAM) chip. It is used in the EQD Sea Machine.

@@areallyboredguy5825 I live in Australia. The Joyo is around $100 aud new here and the MXR or TC used are around $100-$130, so I'd just buy those.
no bro, joyo are cheaper, wayy cheaper than tc and mxr

I haven’t yet but I’ll check for you
Great chorus pedal! Love the Elemental Jazzmaster too! Great job 👍
Eh too much modulation. I hate modulation. It just doesn't sound good to me. Good to know though!
Sounds like a good pedal to scrap. Sounds like S_i_ .
