Have you thought about making molds of this stuff? It's always a ton of work to make something like this and molds would help if you have a mishap..It's another labor intensive process in a series of labor intensive processes, but in the long run, would save you a lot of heart ache and allow you recover more easily in the event of something catastrophic happening.. Yes, I saw the crash video. I just didn't want to bring it up :(
I don't understand why people hate sanding, I could watch it for hours ;-) But seriously, good to see you give so much attention to the cockpit windows, that's where a lot of otherwise perfect models are messed up! The cockpit windows are like the eyes in a portrait, if you get them wrong the whole portrait is wrong!
I design, build and fly RCs, been doing it all my life. Watching you build that Jet is just amazing, you do very good work aspecially with a dremel and drill making holes here and there is a challenge in its self. I want to make a B24 Bomber big like yours, maybe a bit bigger and you gave me so many ideas on how I am going to do it now. Thanks oh and for you to show how you do it for everyone to see is takes a special person and a lot of patience. Thanks again. Clyde from Canada
I’m sorry for your recent loss, it’s really heart-breaking that you’ve lost such a piece of art you’ve worked so hard for, many condolences to you and your time
I love how you used your own written diagram for wiring that I’m assuming you have learned from past builds. Your a true scratch builder and damn good one! So cool to watch!
I have been dealing with the topic for a long time. You have created a perfect model. That deserves respect !! You are perfectionist. The appearance of the cockpit section is unique, as is the suspension. Everything on the model very detailed. With you I would like to commission a model !!! No matter how expensive !! I am very sad about the crash of the 787-9 !!!
You are the best, I have never seen such a great passion for modeling. I fly with rc helicopters, I'm getting passionate about airplanes now. You are a born engineer, an ideas creator. Really my warmest congratulations!
You are an amazing craftsman. This was such a work or art and it was heartbreaking to see you lose it. I stumbled on the crash video first and, while I thought it was sad, had no idea just what you put into this masterpiece. Thanks for sharing!
Excellent work. As an engineer myself, I really like to do something practical and useful for day to day life. I want my younger brother to be something I couldn't be, I want him to be like you, creative and hard working. Unfortunately, I'm good with lot of things, but I needed inspiration during those age of school and college which I didn't had, now I'm just part of system. And not independent who can do something on his own. Good luck brother, hope some airline will fund your project for livery as advertisement.
Ramy, in my next life, I want to be You. You are totally AWESOME. Love your models, your attention to detail and most of all your patience. Keep up the great work.
Simplesmente genial! Me impressiona a dedicação e cuidado em cada etapa. É o resultado de quando se faz o que gosta. E esta oficina super equipada.... é um parque de diversões para mim. Parabéns pelo trabalho. Tiro o chapéu pra você. És uma inspiração.
Amazing work you put into these aircraft! You are very skilled. I never see you looking at dimensions as you seem to have a feel for what correct. Nice work!
Hello Ramy. I really love your passion for the airplanes. Every skill you own, amazing Sir. I spent my time making airliners big scaled, but they don't fly. I'm inspired about your job, and I guess your dream was(or still is) to become into a pilot, it's mine, and that's why I build them. I'd like to show them someday, isn't a great work but they're built with all my heart and all the motivation that airliners produce in my soul. Saludos mi amigo. Un abrazo desde Guanajuato State.
You said it. Lovely amazing projects. How you managed to get the cockpit windows right, practically freehand, I just don’t know. Also thought you’d have issues putting the last one in but as always you seem to make the complicated look easy. The sign of a professional. Ramy, your the man.
