I am us citizen i applied for my wife in July-2023 online it got received and August 2023 they start working (case being actively reviewed by USCIS) please tell me what to do next ?
You have to wait around a year for them to approve it. I just got approved the 22nd of this month. After that they have to send it to the visa department and then the visa department have to send you another stuff in about 5 to 10 days is it long process you just need to have patience

Sir theres also a case where Uscis approved application and then sent it to NVC but after 3 months wait when we asked for any update by email they said they don’t have application or USCIs didn’t sent then then we apllied for application in uscis again but didn’t received. It will just affect time nothing else the faster you summit everything they ask for the faster they process you
What happens if someone came in on a k1 visa and got married but never adjusted status because husband left because he was abusing her came in 89 got repaired after she left him because of the abuse.
They should talk with a lawyer about potential abuse waivers
