लोबिया की दाल बहुत अच्छी बनती है आपके हिसाब से
अपनी कुकिंग में कुछबदलाव कीजिए
सब्जी को चलाने में प्लास्टिक के चम्मच का प्रयोग ना करें ।
कोई भी दाल को 8 घंटे भिगाने के
बाद प्रेशर कुकर का प्रयोग करने की जरूरत नहीं है वैसे ही उबाले ।
कोई भी रेसिपी बनाने में एल्युमिनियम के बर्तनों का प्रयोग ना करें बेहतर होगा लोहे या पीतल के बर्तनों का प्रयोग करें ।
उपर्युक्त बिंदु मानव जीवन के स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत हितकर है
