@@shaniceefulable it’s because people are washing it wrong. A lot of people don’t follow washing instructions in clothing and then they ruin it and act like they don’t know why. I use to work there so I encountered this problem daily.
But they do have a quality promos for clothing so if the seams, buttons, belt loops, zipper or if your leggings under a year starts peeling, especially between your thighs, you can take them back and get a new pair. Them workers be on it because people be trying to bring back old items from years ago 😂. They also have a “trade-in” program where you can take old shirts and bottoms back to the store and get an e-card (it’s not much money but it’s something).
