Tbh a lot of bands that returned some of have been hit or miss but honestly I’m just happy to see them back. Then bands of when I was growing up coming back makes me happy especially I see stars I love the electronicore aspect. Sometimes I don’t think people understand that bands change and experiment with new sounds, maybe some people are just stuck in their old ways
I started listening to these dude with Digital Renegade, loved New Demons, and then I listened to the first single Mobbin Out off Treehouse album and was like nah .. years later I checked Treehouse out and that album actually aged fantastically. Im a sucker for like the huge atmospheric empty space sound with drums, Glasslands - Let Go is another example of the style. Overall I'm stoked they're releasing music again.
Threeven! I became a fan of this band for their Treehouse album, I don’t really know their older stuff, but I love their newer stuff. This one’s right up my alley too. Love the production and Luke Holland on drums is always good.
Threeven Was happy to see a new release from I See Stars, was recently reintroduced to them and have had Digital Renegade and New Demons on repeat ever since
Definitely my go to react channel, and I gotta say that I might be in the minority here, but I have liked all the singles, they are picking up exactly where they left off sound wise after Treehouse, I am catching them tomorrow night, STOKED!
I agree! It feels like this is their new sound evolving from tree house and I dig it! It's not new demons but that was 10 years ago so I understand the growth they all have!
I think they need to add a little more harsh vocals into it. That’s the only thing that ISS is missing. Everyone wants the harsh vocals again and I can’t blame them.
His brother does the screams but he's been having trouble with his voice the past year apparently so I think we won't get screams until later on in the album
Hey! Love the Channel found you through the Parting Soliloquy reaction you did a couple years ago, and went through your videos. Good stuff! You mention during Black Tongue that you like really heavy stuff. I really recommend a small Florida band called In Gloom. They're the only thing i've found heavier than Black Tongue. Their song Hand of God is really good, but their heaviest is God the Animal, which is actually stupid heavy.
It's funny that you mention Daenerys brother. Everyone wanted Devin Oliver to play Rhaegar Targaryan, because he looks perfect for that role without even changing a thing. It was even a rumor, because before the confirmation of THAT scene in GoT Devin posted pics with a bow so everyone thought it was bc of a shoot for GoT. Sadly we never got Devin as a Targaryen, but still it would have been great. But, House Of The Dragon season 2 and more will come out so maybe we could wait for that lol (probably not)
Threeven 🤘🏻 Happy for bands to make a directional change, but really not feeling it from ISS. Of the three this one's more atmospheric, catchy, and my favourite, followed by anomaly, and I really didn't like Drift. Think I'll go back to New Demons which was such a cracking album.
Wasn't a fan of it when I heard it the first time but has grown a lot on me. I'm not really a I See Stars fan so really wondering, is it common for them to keep repeating a word or a sentence multiple times in the chorus? First in anamoly and now here, that's one of the reasons why it kinda threw me off during my first listen.
Honestly I don’t really remember them ever doing that. You should check out “new demons” that’s their best album and the choruses are very fresh. Same thing in treehouse. Idk why these new tracks are very formulaic.
Don't remember that being the case in their previous albums, (at the very least, not in a lot for me to remember). Was also kinda put off by it, but after seeing the lyrics ("Anomaly, I'm an anomaly" and not "Anomaly, anoma-nomaly" which what I was hearing at first LOL), I felt better about it.
The biggest issue is that they just don't sound like I See Stars anymore. All the things that made them ahead of their time and unique aren't here anymore. Now it just feels like another generic band that I won't think about in a year from now. Comparing this to all the other bands that made comebacks recently, this song doesn't hold up at all vs those songs.
Not threeven for me - I've never been really into this band and I wanted it to change, but honestly, this isn't it. I felt the song was too simple and kind of dragging a lot. It's far from being "bad", but it doesn't convert me into a fan at all.

@@LukaTheDon77 Murder Mitten, Drift, Ten Thousand Feet, Anomaly, Break, Yellow King, Are We Even?, Calm Snow, Running With Scissors
I heard them for the first time a week ago. Instantly became a fan after their set.

I just saw I See Stars last week open up for Bad Omens! They were so so good!!! Devin can sing his ass off! Love it!!!!!
Same I was lucky they didnt cancel there show. He sung in a bad omens song and they killed itttttt
I See Stars opening Bad Omens? This would sound like joke 7 years ago, I See Stars were huge.

I feel the exact same way, was so out on treehouse at first too, circled back about 3 years later and love most of it now.
treehouse is their best album hands down. it’s aged so much better than their old stuff
@@jacobthomas8158 3D is their best album
I thought it was ok, I was expecting more after such a long wait though. May take a couple more listens for me to come around
I feel the same way it’s not bad but I wasn’t impressed
I’m glad you got your music video. Hope you’re happy.
They're still so good. Glad to see them still writing and performing.
Threeven! I became a fan of this band for their Treehouse album, I don’t really know their older stuff, but I love their newer stuff. This one’s right up my alley too. Love the production and Luke Holland on drums is always good.
I heard this song live in ATX last week and it was done so well. Much love to ISS
I’m excited to see more people talk about ISS!!!! I love them!
Threeven
Was happy to see a new release from I See Stars, was recently reintroduced to them and have had Digital Renegade and New Demons on repeat ever since
I love it, especially the lyrics
threeven. They played this the other night in St. Pete! More of a chill vibe kind of song but the chorus was great. Also Luke Holland on the drums!
threeven. Now, heart me! 😂 Anyways, awesome reaction and killer new song!
Definitely my go to react channel, and I gotta say that I might be in the minority here, but I have liked all the singles, they are picking up exactly where they left off sound wise after Treehouse, I am catching them tomorrow night, STOKED!

I miss Murder Mitten era
Are we threeven? is already a frontrunner for my song of the year.
I love the direction they are going an happy they. are back to l love l see stars

My favorite band 😍🤘🏼🔥
Khaleesi’s brother 🤣🤣 that was my EXACT thought!! ❤
Also: threeven ❤️
I saw them a couple weeks ago with bad omens, they where really good.
I liked this way more then their last two singles. I still wish I heard some harsh vocals, but it’s still good. Oh and threeven
devin looks like geralt of rivia from the witcher
SHIELDS - Bury Me
6-7. Their old stuff was so different and good.

That boy could play anyone 😂thats supposed to be hot 😂
Make a reaction video for One last Chance Martyr everywhere
I get Bad Omen vibes from this song.
Bad omens got it from ISS to be fair. Treehouse was one of the first albums in this style back in 016
Devon still hot af and i don't swing that way
this song hit pretty good tho
Threeven 🤣🤣🫶🏼

not bad but just not the same for me with out the heavy screams/gutterals

This song was good just expect better
this band need screamer.

normally you wanna come back with a bang but these songs have been mid..this ones certainly the best but thats not saying much
They peaked with New Demons. Been downhill since then
