His words tell me that he feels TFG is above the law. He said that if he was not the former president and possibly a future president, he would jail him. That is above the law. It has me worried that if he is found guilty, he will not be sent to jail because the judge feels he is above the law.

I feel like I have said something like this so many times the words have lost all meaning, but I'm going to say it again anyway. I'm not a lawyer, but it is my understanding that anyone in contempt has a very high likelihood of being thrown in jail after the first occurrence, let alone 10 times... It also seems to me that the pre-trial conditions of release include language about good behavior AKA not being found in contempt or commiting other infractions. I really hope that Trump goes straight to jail never to be seen or heard from again. I don't care about his pretending to be a victim.

Unfortunately the judge is more concerned about the political view for putting him into jail than he is to uphold the a fair and balanced justice system. Anyone else would've been in jail. The judge even said "I don't want to put you in jail. Your the former president and you my be the next president." That tells me he's scared to do it.

I don't think trump will write an essay. He can barely read. I doubt if he will be jailed for any further counts. And he knows it. If it were anyone else, we would get 7 days minimum.

I would have referred to Trump as an ex-president and as the GOP probable nominee in Nov AND introduced him to a nice cold holding cell. At that point, the prosecution could call its next witness. His holding cell would have a closed circuit TV for him to watch the proceedings. I would order him to stand, put his hands behind his back, have him handcuffed and escorted by the court bailiff to the cell. My mom used to say that a person can choose to do something on good terms or on bad terms, but they damn sure would do it.

For the poorly educated MAGAs, that's up to 300 days in jail, (almost a year of jail) that Trumpy-Dump should've been facing regardless any other cases he has charges.
