I’m thinking pc plate will normally give more foamy(or round~thocky) sound which I prefer, and fr4 makes sound more intense and higher pitch. but i just found a video comparing fr4 plate(plus ver.)vs pc plate(std ver.), fr4 there having deeper thocky sound, I am kind of confused. May be it’s because of mic config.

@@Searyc FR4 gives more thock; PC gives more pop/ cream depending on how you build it. If you prefer thock then i suggest the FR4 plate.
