It did help open my sinuses... After I did both thumbs. It works better if you can feel your thumb pulsating. Then you squeeze the sides of the thumb. It feels like it goes directly to your brain and nasal passages ❤

I have learned a lot of medical things on youtube in the last few years. I learned how to clear my arteries with the right vitamins.
How to eat the right foods which most people think are bad, how to avoid foods most people think are health food.
