1) Cauterization is a medical practice or technique of burning a part of a body to remove or close off a part of it. It destroys some tissue in an attempt to mitigate bleeding and damage, remove an undesired growth, or minimize other potential medical harm, such as infections when antibiotics are unavailable. Therefore it should only be done when necessary otherwise we won't be among the 70k
2) Ruqyah refers to the healing method based on the Quran and hadith through the recitation of the Quran, seeking of refuge, remembrance and supplication that is used as a means of treating sickness and other problems like black magic, by reading verses of the Quran, the names and attributes of Allah, or by using the prayers in Arabic or in a language the meaning of which is understood. Thus you should not ask others to do ruqyah for u otherwise u will not be among the 70k. Instead do the ruqyah for you yourselve only.
I want to ask if we do cautery for a skin tag on eyelid which is not painful but still it doesn't look normal. Will we not be in those 70K? Jzk

Translation
Allah is free from imperfection and all praise is due to Him, Allah is free from imperfection, the Greatest.
Transliteration
Subḥāna-llāhi wa bi-ḥamdihī, subḥāna-llāhi-l-aẓīm.
Abu Hurayrah (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhu) narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy on the Scale and are beloved to the Most Merciful: [the above].” (Bukhārī 6682)

i thought this video said that only 4.9 million people go into jannah & i felt very worried & sad and then i find out those 4.9 million wont have any suffering oh ok .

In Quran andHadith number 70,000 is used multiple times.The scholars of Islam have argued that the number 70,000 is not literal. In arabic language the number 1000 or 70,000 symbolizes abundance.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, 'Nations were displayed before me; one or two prophets would pass by along with a few followers. A prophet would pass by accompanied by nobody. Then a big crowd of people passed in front of me and I asked, Who are they Are they my followers?" It was said, 'No. It is Moses and his followers It was said to me, 'Look at the horizon.'' Behold! There was a multitude of people filling the horizon. Then it was said to me, 'Look there and there about the stretching sky! Behold! There was a multitude filling the horizon,' It was said to me, 'This is your nation out of whom seventy thousand shall enter Paradise without reckoning.' "Then the Prophet (ﷺ) entered his house without telling his companions who they (the 70,000) were. So the people started talking about the issue and said, "It is we who have believed in Allah and followed His Apostle; therefore those people are either ourselves or our children who are born m the Islamic era, for we were born in the Pre-lslamic Period of Ignorance.'' When the Prophet (ﷺ) heard of that, he came out and said. "Those people are those who do not treat themselves with Ruqya, nor do they believe in bad or good omen (from birds etc.) nor do they get themselves branded (Cauterized). but they put their trust (only) in their Lord " On that 'Ukasha bin Muhsin said. "Am I one of them, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)?' The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Yes." Then another person got up and said, "Am I one of them?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Ukasha has anticipated you."

Remember one thing dear all brothers/sisters, any Prophet (AlaiheSalatoWassalam) always Prophesies and not predict or make predictions. Because predictions could be incorrect. Whereas, Prophecies are always true.
