That first level looks…. Familiar….
That's because it's a sequel to Wario Ware Smooth Move from the Wii Era 2006-2012.
This is because as indicated by the Japanese title, this is a sequel to WarioWare: Smooth Moves.
This game is LITERALLY Smooth Moves 2!! I'm SO getting this game when it comes out tomorrow!! :D
Fun Fact: The Japanese name of "WarioWare Move It!" is named with an intent to feel like a direct sequel to the Japanese name of "WarioWare Smooth Moves". (With the use of the "Super" term like how Nintendo named their NES/Famicom successors as SNES/Super Famicom)
EN:
WarioWare Smooth Moves (Wii)
WarioWare Move It! (Switch)
JP:
おどるメイド イン ワリオ (Wii)
Machine Translation = "Dancing Made in Wario"
超おどる メイド イン ワリオ (Switch)
Machine Translation = "Super Dancing Made in Wario"
@nomickike2165 They probs just wanted to play on the safer side than naming it similarly to a previous entry's title
I’m glad Wario’s dialogue is fully voiced again!😀😁
Yeah! Kevin Afghani keeps to the spirit of Charles Martinet, though he also tries to make Wario sound his own way, similar to what he does as Mario and Luigi in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. :) Makes me curious how he'll also do as Waluigi in the future.
First, Mario, Luigi and now Wario. I think he's going to do Waluigi voice next.
@@Gustavo95367 Whenever we see Waluigi again, I could easily see Kevin stepping in to fill Charles’ shoes too.
And that begs the question, can you voice the cutscenes and create fan dubs in the game?
@@BryonYoungbloodah so he does Wario now, too? Yeah so far I like him as Mario & Luigi, but he really nails Luigi, IMO.
I love how much this game feels the most like a direct sequel to Smooth Moves (which is a good thing since that's one of the best anyway)
39:59 Wario Land 4 Cractus boss
Kevin Afghani also did a pretty good job at voicing Wario too. I wonder what his Waluigi portrayal will sound like if he could do it.
yeah, i agree. i feel like Kevin Afghani's debut as the voice of Mario, Luigi and Wario marks the beginning of a whole new era in the Mario franchise.
I thought they would use another voice actor for Wario, this doesn't sound like Wario, it sounds like an Italian with a piece of food stuck in their throat
Jimmt T is so bad ass that even he can use a shark as a surfing board-
Wario's voice might have changed, but his attitude sure hasn't
However voiced Wario in this game, he did a great job! He actually sounds similar to Charles! ^^
Kevin Afghani is also now voicing Wario, just like with Mario and Luigi in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.
Similar but not similar enough as Kevin Afghani sounds like he is trying too hard.

You can just tell Wario has a new Voice Actor, Now!
39:58 OMG THEY BROUGHT BACK CRACTUS FROM WARIO LAND 4!!!!
Some additional context for (most) stages:
Wario - Wario gets trapped in a wooden cage in his Game Over animation, and people make many assumptions on what happens to him after. My theory is they can’t *kill* or sacrifice him because he’s a tourist and all that, would be bad press. So I imagine Wario is just left in a police station somewhere and has to pay a fine, a fate worse than death to Wario.
Crygor and Co. - Why would the caveman work on paper when they were painting on the wall? Simple! Drafts! He wants to find the perfect poses for the wall, which he sees as a more permanent addition compared to paper. Hence why he gets back to work on the wall in the ending cutscene, having the reference draft to perfect the final painting.
Orbulon - What’s going on in the stage probably isn’t actually real, more of a metaphor of what’s happening. The smog represents the fuzz and ambiguity of basically everything in his mind right now, and the objects in his head get uncovered once his memories (the rainbow liquid) is expelled from his brain cells like a vault, metaphorically “mining deep” into them for any hints or clues of what was and figuring everything else out from there through context and mental connection. This is my favorite stage, to be honest. I LOVE the metaphors and environmental context here.
Kat and Ana - From what I’ve heard, the plants you fight in this stage are from Warioland 4, a boss called Kractus. A fun reference and amazing character design, I must say. Warioland fans must be going WILD right now!
Cricket and Mantis - Cicada is from a game in Rhythm Heaven, where a young Cricket passed a ball to Cicada and vice versa. The reason why Cricket or Mantis can’t remember is, well, it’s been a long amount of time since they were young. The fact these two met at all must’ve been a coincidence, being invited to vacation at the same time and place.
That’s all the theories and context I can think of, hope you all enjoyed my nerd rant. See ya! 👋
Wario definitely get killed or sacrificed in his game over, a local tribe isn't gonna care about laws
@@floating_mario_head Wario can't die anyway even if the tribe tried to kill him

This game reminded how much I love Ashley, Kat, 5-Volt, 9-Volt, 18-Volt and Cicada voices.

@@Ataru320 yup, she's from a RH fever co-op endless minigame, also, her appeareance in this game gave her a name, Cicada
The microgame from 9-Volt's stage that had the prompt "Pass through!" unlocked so much childhood nostalgia for me, especially with the jingle at the end (for context, I think that microgame was based on the "Pose Mii" minigame from Wii Play - which was one of the Wii games I spent a lot of time playing as a little kid; I spent a lot more time on Wii Sports though)
on one hand, warios new voice has a little bit less of the "hee hee" spice he had in gold, but at least hes easier to understand.
I think him having less waah in the wario voice makes him sound more like how I imagine waluigi would talk. Overall it’s not too bad, and with time he may be able to get the Wario voice down 👌🏼
9-volt is my favorite character ever I love he’s Nintendo Minigame so much
I finished the main story in this game and this was the first one where I had to like step back and ask myself what just happened
I came here because I heard Keith Silverstein (Zhongli/Hawk Moth) is the narrator for some parts. This is gonna be real good.
A few minutes in now. Hearing Zhongli say "choo choo" is ridiculous in the best way.

MAN I love this game!! Playin it with my best friend for the first time is an experience that I'll never forget
Even though I have met Charles Martinet 3 times on MegaCon convention events, it is kinda heartbreaking to see him retire as the voice of Mario, Luigi and many others.
However, it is good to see a young man filling in for Charles Martinet.
Kevin Afghani, you are really going the extra mile! Seeing as I'm a big fan of the Super Mario franchise, you really take my beloved Super Mario characters to a whole new level, especially giving rise to Charles's legacy!
Not only do you voice Mario and Luigi in your own style, but you also voice Wario too! Nice to see you represent Charles Martinet!
Keep it up, mister Afghani, I owe you one!
With the greatest love and respect from Orlando, Florida.
00:44 Wario becoming low tier god at this moment

I never thought I needed Keith Silverstein rapping
Wow the Boss Minigames have been more and more complex with every new entry.
I'm enjoying the return to form with this. Just a shame warios voice couldn't be the same.
I'm so excited to play this game bro omggg
I saw rythem heaven in the first cutscene. This is a sign guys
It's gonna be fun!
MY BOY CRACTUS IS BACK OHHHMYGOD

Wario's new voice actor did so good at voicing him
Is is just me or this is an actual sequel to smooth moves?
@@trentontheman08like the Wario chase scene in move it, is similar to the boulder chase in smooth moves.

I believed he either reset the game or must've spend something to continue the game.
This Is Like WarioWare Smooth Moves 2 only playing with the joy con just like the games you only play wii Controller😀
I love how most of the game is trying to be Smooth Moves 2, but not an exact copy. I also like how the little character icons are styled after how Wario and his employees looked in Get It Together when they got sucked into their own game.
I really love the form stone music
Love how these WatioWare titles are just turning into rude things Wario would say
The announcer move it of this game sounds like Gabriel/Betterfly from MLB
Finally… A new WarioWare Game!
There seem to be alot of editing Errors when you switch between attempts. Resulting in alot of glichy areas. ESPECIALLY towards the end of the whole video.

By the way he's the voice of Gabriel Agreste from Miraculous Ladybug and Zhongli from Genshin Impact. If you know these things say "Wahhhh!"
39:42 Hey, Leo’s back!!😃 And I hear him speak more too!
I like how smooth moves did the same thing as this game today on ns it was way fricking better
Oh yeah, I almost forgot Wario has a new voice.
Smooth Moves: Electric Boogaloo
It's funny of how everyone worries about Wario at 2:45 But in the of the game they forgot about like "oh well, he Will be fine. Time to have fin"
1:20:10: Stage Clear
Again, Kevin is doing an excellent job as the new voice for Mario, Luigi, and Wario (and assumedly Waluigi next time he appears.) He sounds slightly off from what I'm used to, as is to be expected, but his voices are remarkably close enough that I feel like I'll get used to them quickly.

1:22:45: Game Over
1:21:00: End Credits and To Be Continued...
i love how we get to see orbulon's dad
I’m sorry, there just has to be a better replacement for Wario out there. Idk why they had to have Wario Mario and Luigi be the same voice actor
It's because Charles Martinet had good portrayals of them and people can voice multiple characters too. Kevin Afghani is pretty much doing the same thing with voicing them.
I was actually hoping that Wario’s new voice actor is Kellen Goff but oh well. At least Kevin and Kellen are very similar names!
The big cheese has returned 😊
The part in the last level where you do the bird is the word killed me.
Just like a movie.
Mona’s jingles are my favourite.

I wish there is a walkthrough of this game without any failing the microgames.
1:21:54 Wario: Thank you for calming the mountain! Stay and enjoy more of our resort! WAHAHAHAHHA!!!!!!
We all miss Charles Martinet as the four plumbers, but so far, Kevin Afghani did really good voices for Mario and Luigi in Super Mario Bros Wonder, and Wario in this game. Wonder what he'll sound like for Waluigi...
Comparing the old games to now,Wario and the crew had been threw ALOT of stuff like they were just in a wii u in the last game or something that idk what to call it. Like omg 💀💀
Fun Fact: Some voice clips were taken from WarioWare Gold when you win or lose a microgame.
That's not true at all what. Why you lyin
Oh yeah, I realized that! They did the same thing for Get It Together a while back!
@chrange9714 He's telling the truth. I heard 9-Volt say faster in his stage and that was the same voice from Warioware Gold.
@@hartmutj.andrade5985 I thought he was mostly talking about Wario, but yeah I guess. Not that it matters that some clips are reused.
