- 3 c maceca with 3 c water
2 c shrimp, 1 c Scallops
1 1/2 c green onion One cup imitation crab,mix oil make into Little cakes and fry and oil
Sauce, heavy cream, cream cheese , sour cream Jalapeños caulk in medium heat
Agua fresca de melón
One cantaloupe
One and a half cup of sugar mix and mixer strain and to water with ice

Oh my Mama, that looks so delicious. I was adopted at birth, I am Mex/Caucasian heritage. My mom was Caucasian, rarely cooked; poor mom she tried. My fav of hers was her fried potatoes & onions. It must be in my blood tho, at 15 I cooked my first meal, steak fajitas. I didn't have much money, but i still remember going to the grocery store trying to act like I knew what I was doing. Even she was surprised at its goodness. I can't imagine being surrounded by all the wonderful things you cook. Your family is truly blessed to have you!!!

I have made salmon and also fish patties but we use all ingredients that you mentioned but add potatoes instead of the corn flour. Then we roll it in white flour or fish fry. I will definitely try it your way because it looks superb!! Especially dipped in that jalapeño cheese 😋
My way is the Cajun style, yours is Mexican. My God if I cooked as good as you I would not be able to fit through my front door, lol
