- I’ve been really liking rotary overdrive lately and think it’s a great alternative to burning hell for firecomp.
FC is the work in progress sequel to ND by @pH-JPEG . It adds even more new enemies, lots of extra spawns, and a whole bunch of madness.

Hmm, maybe some correlation to just how messy this was.
I really think you forget to take advantage of the coolant like super often you could be blowin through those to keep up with the resups and I still see you tethering the throttle a lot. It can almost turn into a burning hell by just holding that shit down

and how do you get the minigun to shoot so straight? I imagine there's just a mod for your reticle, but the accuracy seems affected too
This is the mod mod.io/g/drg/m/customizable My minigun is just as accurate as taking t1c makes it, tho it probably looks a lot more accurate since the vanilla crosshair is much bigger than the actual minigun spread, which makes it look less accurate than it really is.

Health in drg has decimal values and my hud rounds down, so I was just between 0 and 1 hp for a moment there before I vamped

The heat gain makes it great at getting hot bullets to ignite for VB, the faster rate of fire makes it a bit faster to stun enemies, and then the coolant charges mean you get good sustained dps without needing to worry about overheating. The sustain in particular is much better than burning hell, which comes up a lot in the difficulties we play since when fighting enemies like patrol bots that can’t be VBed burning hell quickly overheats and then can’t shoot anymore.
So in the end this is a better oc for the minigun
@@emctwoodoes that mean that building this OC for AV spam isn’t optimal in higher difficulties?
@beebee5191 if you trust your driller, yes. the downside of not being able to deal with swarmers/jellies with the fire cone is very real and means you’re less independent from your driller
@idontknownusictheory532 AV won’t be as good in firecomp cause you already have driller handling all your waveclear, but it’s still good in solo. The other issue is that RO has no way to ignite if you take AV, since you don’t have the cone, which makes pairing it with VB fully reliant on your team for ignitions.
