Which Kinda Makes Sense Since Not Only He Can Change Any Posters/Images Or Even Turn Televisions Into His Own Face, But He Also Messes With Our View Since When We Look At Him It's All Monochrome And Statics Like If You Were In The Cartoon With Him.

So I found out if Mortimer spawns, you cannot repel him. The best option is to hide in the Attic at that time. Also he doesn’t spawn in Night 5 for obvious reasons.
Fun fact there is actually nothing you can do to defend yourself against Mortimer it is all over if he spawns and you are no where near 6 am You can somewhat hide in the attic tho

When he appears, all other enemies de-spawn, so it's usually fine to just go to the attic. I don't think anything else works
You can never get him to go away. If he enters your office, you have to hide in the attic for the rest of the night because he will never leave.
