You've given me hope for full Alba(I lose alot) what would you say the alba is strong at build wise?

first priority is quickness.
Alba is slightly heavy than other lightweight builds so needs light weapon - handgun, needle gun, and so.
and has higher EN loads so use high EN output or capacity generator(VP-20D, Hokushi, San-Tai) and you would have high manourverable build

If only the Alba head was stronger, it's a shame, at least they could make it nish and max out the kinetic defence, usually the "meta" version of the full set is just Vp head and basho arms, Alba arms also are in need of some love
