Excellent addition. That's another Mike Post television theme (co-written with Stephen Geyer -- and performed by Joey Scarbury -- it peaked at #2 on the U.S. pop charts). The song was the best thing coming out of that ABC series from the early 1980s.
@@steveanddaves6530 I most definitely will! I’m currently in my last 4 weeks of grad school so I am quite busy right now. I will send out an email as soon as I can!
Huge oversight! We neglected to list The Allman Brothers at Fillmore East as one of our favorite live albums; Steve thinks it might be the best live album ever.
An affecting song, no doubt. It's written (like so many great tv themes from the late 20th century) by Mike Post -- with a tasty guitar solo by session great Larry Carlton. It peaked at #10 on the U.S. pop charts in 1981.

It’s great to hear my favorite history professor’s voice again. I’m happy you’re still on UA-cam! Hope all is well!
Terrific to hear from you. We're doing just fine on this end. Send me an email when you're able -- and thanks for your support of Steve and Dave's

I didn’t know that LC played the guitar part. Thanks.
I agree the theme song was the best part of the show.
