- "Icarus" is a very personal and cathartic song. I've been trying to write it for years, and it was only after hearing Ryan's gorgeous piano that I was able to complete these lyrics. If any of you have had traumatic breakups in the past or are going through one now, I’m sending you the biggest, gentlest hug.

Absolutely raw, honest and beautiful. I can literally feel all the emotions you put into this song! It is good to know that we are not alone with traumatic relationship experiences and that there is always a way out of misery. That we can actually grow from what we have been going through, that we can end up as our stronger and better selves.
If my breakup taught me something, then it is the importance of raising your voice and that your voice is worth to be heard.

Icarus a woman people said to live a long long time ago as a fallen angel. Icarus possesses fire powers and was worshipped as a goddess. Along with her amazing powers to manipulate flames she had a beauty more unique then any woman that lived she was the definition of powerful,kindhearted, and beauty. Nobody knew what happened but the people eventually stopped worshipping Icarus because they believed she was a demon rather then a angel or goddess. Icarus was hunted down by the people being the kindhearted woman she is she never even hurt them even the slightest. Icarus was never found again some say she is dead but some say she is still alive but many say she is just a legend.
Edit: Sorry if my story was horrible I do like to write but am not as talented as others am more used to dark edgy stories but still not as talented
