I love it. In Germany we have "Tafeln" where poor people can get food and other things they need to live. The TV station WDR is now running a campaign to knit or crochet for these people so that they can get warm clothes for the winter or small Christmas presents. I'm not good at crocheting, but I can make these shoes. So thank you for sharing.

This is a great design! I do have a suggestion for this and your other patterns for color changes. Bring the new color in when you finish the sc on the previous row and you won’t have the awkward additional chain. It makes for a neater border. Thanks for the pattern and video, awesome!
