- Fanfare, Tribute to Troy, Fight On!, and Conquest!
Fight on, for ol' SC, our men fight on, to victory
Our Al-ma Mater dear, looks up to you
Fight on and win for ol' SC (Fight on!) to victory (Fight on!)
(Repeat 3 times)
you don't even have to be a fan of college football or any sports to like this song, it honestly sounds like something right out of an epic roman/trojan/spartan/any ancient army marching into battle
I'm a Michigan fan, but USC fight song always gives me chills! Reminds me of the Pete Carroll years when they was kicking everybody asses!
If you don't like the USC fight song, you don't enjoy college football
Can’t wait to see USC AND UCLA come to the big 10!!! US NEBRASKANS ARE GETTIN OUR REVENGE LOL
I'm a Buckeye but when I was growing up 2002-2010 USC was one of the teams you never wanted to play. If not for a few upset losses I still believe they could've had 4/5 Championships that decade. Much respect
The only song that actually sounds like a fight song
I'm a die hard Oregon fan but USC has one of the best fight songs in all of college football and will forever be a program with my respect
My brother went to USC and he took me to many games back in the early 2000 where you had to put a sticker on your ID to get into the games. He passed away 😢. But I still live his glory!! Let go USC!!
Not a USC fan, but the first minute plus of that can give you chills.
I'm an FSU fan, and I think this fight song is freaking amazing.
It’s a Great Day to be a Trojan!! Congrats on getting your Heisman Back Reggie! ✌️✌️✌️
what a staple of big ten football
"Conquest" is the theme song in the 1947 film, "Captain from Castile," starring Tyrone Power. It was composed by Alfred Newman, one of the greatest film score composers in Hollywood history. Mr. Newman bequeathed his rights to the song to USC in his will. PS - USC is the only university band to ever have been awarded a Gold Record... actually they have two... both for Fleetwood Mac albums on which they played. Also, in the Tom Hanks film "Forest Gump," the Alabama marching band was played by USC's "Spirit of Troy" band dressed in 'Bama uniforms.
The build up gives me absolute CHILLS. Seeing the band March. I love the respect for our fight song. The flutes before the song just absolutely erupts. Amazing.
The beginning sounds like music from an Epic movie like Ben Hur!
This compilation is actually 4 songs:
Announcer: "And Bush goes 60 yards for the touchdown! No flags!"
As a Tide fan....I loved this from the first time I heard it. Chilling. Just another awesome reminder of how CFP is the best.
I'm a Penn State fan and this is one of my favorite college songs... even if I had to hear it like 25 times in the Rose Bowl with all the scoring lol
My grandfather was the Head Trainer/Asst Athletic Director at SC for 30+ years, so Saturdays at the Coliseum were a regular event for me growing up. I have so many wonderful memories of gracious football players putting up with a little gal who fervently lived and breathed USC football! (I even had my own copy of the USC marching band LP record that I practically wore out!)
