Nice pivot! T-l is the best I heard. Runs off hydraulic oil. And the shutoffs actually work for the end gun. Since I was a kid I always liked watching these run. Especially the big guns on the traveler carts. Those are awesome. My fav is the Nelson P200 big gun. That is really awesome to watch.
@HondaQuality I know it was alot more expensive than a pivot, I don't know for sure just how much but I would be thinking it could be up to 50% more for a lateral. It comes down to the shape of your fields in the end, a center pivot on our place would have only covered about 60 acres were as the lateral waters 100.
@jimgenerali Thanks for your comment. Its a good machine now once we got all the bugs ironed out of it and it sure does make life alot easier than moving pipes by hand.
hi, the linear system is more expencive than pivot but the calculation must be per acer or hactar and not the price of the machine itself... that's why a 4 tower pivot can't be copaired to 4 tower linear. here on the middle east a linear machine is usualy more to be found becouse of small fields and many neigbors.... TL works great... recommended.

Really not sure. But I do know that they are substantially more expensive than a center pivot.

Linear irrigators are so expensive it's not even funny. And this one has a computer controlled drive system.
