Stewart’s defense isn’t that much better than Precious so I don’t see why you trade for him he’d be redundant on this team. I’d rather trade Mitch to NO for either Herb Jones or TM3. Especially if you can get one of them without including Deuce.

Stewart isn’t a rim protector, true, but he can man up and bang with the best of them. He also moves pretty good on switches and is a pretty good athlete for such a big and strong body. He is and can be your enforcer. LeBron wouldn’t go near him after elbowing him and cutting Stewart’s eye open. LeBron was hiding behind a wall of his teammates. In size, body, and attitude, he kinda reminds me of the toughest SOB I’ve ever seen play, Ben Wallace. You don’t mess with Stewart. I’d hate to see the Pistons trade him.

Troy they can move OG to PF who can stretch the floor with his ability to shoot the 3 ball. They can preserve him by not having to chase smaller Sf. Bridges moves to SF. Start Kolek at PG. or Duece. at SG. You got 5 players that can shoot the 3 at a high clip. Plus 3 A+ defenders.

Isaiah Stewart would be a better fit. Another great option I think they should consider. Putting another long 3 and D wing in the lineup. That way they can play 5 out. Clearly they plan to play KAT at the 5 put og or another wing at the 4 and open the floor up for brunson and kat pick and pop plays. Stewart and precious can both stretch the floor a little bit at the 4 at times too but function defensively at the 5 even though Kat is the starting C

They have spoken about including durability when evaluating players more than the previous front office, as they have had their share of missed time the last few years. As for McBride, they already have four players that fit best at the 2 guard.
