@@Pryde_I fluctuate between 195-200. I use to be a lot lighter when I wasn’t lifting regularly. But I was always around 170-175 at 5’8. Always been decently muscular before. What worked for me was hitting heavy sets ,and working one muscle group per day. while increasing my protein intake, mostly through food. I would occasionally supplement with protein bars. I like the cliff builders ones. But generally I’m not a big supplement guy think it’s mostly a scam industry. I did take a pre with low caffeine mostly for the beta alanine, high stim bother me. and BCAA’s for recovery
