However, if you are an American - do not look for doubles at night. This is NOT a regular thing (doubles are morning food and done by 10) and you better know where you going because generally no chana and barra making after morning time...this is street food don't play with your life. These guys know that they are doing, best you get a gyro.

Actually doubles is a night street food as well and made fresh at night however that only in Trinidad. I don't think eating doubles at night in the US is a good idea 😂😂
