Hi, This is Ervin from Team Jen, To archive an email from a secondary Gmail tab, you must manually remove the star or label filtering it into that tab. Archiving from the primary inbox does not remove emails from customized tabs. I hope this helps!
Do you and your team also organize emails by label (for example, all email for a project or client all get the same label) or do you just archive everything?
Hi Ann! Make sure there are no spaces between the queries. Example 👇🏻 has:yellow-star - FOLLOW UP has:purple-question - AWAITING REPLY has:orange-guillemet - DELEGATE has:blue-info - TO READ

I'm not familiar with Mac Mail but I bet you could do something similar. Also you can have your Mac Mail automatically forward to Gmail.

Some things get labeled. Most things get archived .
My text is showing up for the boxes but the emails and icons/stars are not filtering into the categories... not sure why
