Hello Lapiduse, thank you for the support. In short - no. DFSR will not work properly on open files. In order for the replication to take place the file has to be closed / unlocked.

I am planning to move the DFS namespace existing folder from E to F drive of the DFS server. Step 1 :- I have copy the data using robocopy with security permission

Does DFS Replication/Referrals support replication of open files? For example a log file that is filled permanently.
