Oh sure, round up at the grocery store is a simple choice. But where to invest your retirement? Which house to buy? Which job to take? Which special someone to ask out? When to take it to the next level? Mug rootbeer or a&w? These are not easy decisions and depend on the context of the moment.
A&W for instance is superior for a float for instance while Mug is a bit smoother for the drink. Barq’s is caffeinated and better if driving late at night. And all that is assuming you don’t have access to any of that really good swanky stuff.
Trump WAS the anti establishment choice. He was supposed to shake things up. And he did. I actually mostly like what he did for prison reform. I wish he played his cards differently but someone needed to stand up to china’s theft of intellectual property. He did.
He said he would build a wall and… well he built part of it and Mexico didn’t pay for it. Dems got in the way. Obama actually deported more than him. Then, he tells Republicans to cancel a good border bill because his chance at the election goes down if the border is fixed.
I really don’t think he was a bad president. I also don’t think he was a great one. He said he would bring in “the best” advisors and instead SO MANY of them left as they were disgusted by him or were brought up on charges. Either they quit or were corrupt. Either way he brought in some duds… or maybe he was the dud?
