Watching Eurovision 2023, and love how they used her song during the interval act on semi final 2. Don't know how this didn't finish top 5 in 2018. I keep coming back to it as one of my favourites since 2000

Yes- why is Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, United Kingdom, Ireland (for example) in it also? They are not Europe. Do some research Mr Whingey Whiner Reis. Australia is full of Europeans- and we have been broadcasting Eurovision for over 30 years- and really it's membership and payment to EBU that counts here. Besides- we are INVITED every year to participate- get used to it!

Australia may not be Europe but we are a commenwealth the official name is actually the commonwealth of Australia bcuz we’re under English rule and Jessica represents the history, she is indigenous to our land

It's the Eurovision Song Contest, not the European song contest. Israel and the majority of the former Soviet states aren't in Europe either. Any nation whose main broadcaster subscribes to the Eurovision channel is entitled to enter. I'm only surprised that it took as long as to 2015 for Australia (one of the contest's biggest audiences) to enter.

Mars Upial oh she considers herself Australian for sure. I’ve seen here around adelaide while she been visiting family! My uncle is also married to someone who grew up in the old Chanel 7 live band/performance adelaide days and her parents performed with sias parents regularly back in the day and the family all know each other still she’s still Aussie absolutely she loves south Australia . They recently opened the sia Furler school of music at the adelaide university in south Australia.
