Video idea: one hour to complete as many waves of the inferno as possible. Each completed wave gets you a spin on the randomizer. Then fight.
This is a GREAT idea
I think maybe there should be milestone rounds that give a small bulk of spins as well. I'm here for this
Unfortunately rargh was doing some practice in the inferno so that's a pretty uneven challenge right now

Being able to use the dragonhide is a big improvement from the past Puro-Puro fights, relying on splintbark made people too squishy.

i haven't played Runescape since the update in 2007 i think it was (when the combat system changed) don't have the heart to start again on old school. absolutely love watching you're videos tho! brings back some awesome memory's! Thanks for the uploads, look forward to the next one :)

video is awesome. i think you guys should bring back some of your pvp challenge ideas from the past. The both of you are more experienced at the pvp challenges now and it would be interesting to see the different strategies and outcomes. The both of you have already done a puropuro PVP, but you put a twist on this one. But, honestly i wouldnt mind if you reused the same exact idea from the past. For example, the auction PVP challenges but with different gear.

fight idea. you have only 3 minutes to gold farm each of the 23 skills and after 3 minutes, you need to switch the skill to a different one and use a gold making method for that skill. then you buy items off GE with all the gold made and fight.

I don't think Rune scimmy is better Dps than dragon dagger in this instance, link has a power ammy, rargh doesn't, link also has higher defense bonuses, and dragonhide has lower stab defense than it does slash.

A lot of these challenges seem to mostly come down to fight rng. Guess that’s just how osrs combat works.
Rargh did have a super set which helped massively in this fight.
RNG actually is a much smaller factor in normal PvP. When you're dealing with armor switches, gear switches, prayer switches, combo eating, step unders. It's a lot more skill intensive and RNG doesn't really matter there.
The problem is that the overwhelming majority of Link & Rargh's challenges come down to tank & spank fights in which there's basically no skill factor and so whoever gets better RNG basically wins the fight.
You guys should go back and remake some of your old challenge videos

@@LinksOcarina I really liked that about this challenge, as fun as the limited resources runs are, it's really fun to have what would be mediocre item drops actually matter. It would be super fun to have the long bones actually matter in some of the other challenges
