Lots of internet research! Most have stamps on the bottom that help determine it and I’ve also got a friend that has been collecting for a long time and knows his stuff who helps me when I need it.
@@MFEGoingDeep Either way I love the videos, keep them coming. ;) Edit: I wonder if there is a way to use a phone to record the gps to overlay on the video based on the timestamps. I realize it will not be perfect, but it would still add another cool element to the videos.
Are you off the beach? Some have identified that wreck as a barge, but if you search the Moosehead Marine Museum archives there's a photo of a sidwheeler scuttled at that location.
@@MFEGoingDeep There are two wrecks in that cove and the remnant of a paddlewheel. A fantail wreck lies flat on the bottom about 30 feet off the bulkhead to the left of the North Boat ramp.
Excellent, as always! Many thanks to you!
I am amazed you can identify all those bottles.

I enjoy the videos. What would also be interesting is if you had a "mini-map" in the top right corner with gps showing roughly where you are.
Thanks! I’ll have to look into that. It doesn’t have gps or anything, pretty much just navigate visually under the water

I really enjoy the videos, thanks. But sometimes i get 2001: A Space Odyssey flashbacks when i see the claw opening.
Thanks! And yes I can understand that!
One day, maybe you will find a Mt Kineo soda bottle.
That would be sweet!

Yes this was off the beach, I had thought there was a wreck there but wasn’t sure if this was it or I was seeing remnants of old docks or something.
