I absolutely love this song and m/v. I think you summed it up perfectly: it's inviting, yet also haunting. Which is a quality unique to V's voice. He makes me feel an unbelievable range of emotions all within one song. I love the ambiance of the location. Like, I'm heartbroken and dwelling in this cavern of despair, but still serving gorgeous looks. It's 100% Taehyung. He is a master at his craft and I can't wait for the rest of the album.
I felt the gold outfit refers to the time when love was golden and sparkly. The high times. His hair is in place and he’s well put together but in the red his hair is messy and he looks tired. The red outfit is sleeveless like the saying “taking the gloves off “. The b&w scenes are faded memories. I absolutely love the song. Btw let’s not forget Tae’s a trained actor so he did a great job!!❤❤❤
All in this videos have vintage vibrations outfits, micro, voice of Tae and instrumental, this MV was grabbed in a cave in Spain creating a space magical and mysterious perfect for this song. he worked on his album with newjeans' producer so no wonder why it feels and looks so different from his or bts' other mvs and why retro vibe is so well-done including details in the background and location. so thoughtful and symbolic and just beautiful. song is just majestic, i thought he could talk to either his lover, fans or lost friend but also his beloved grandma (rest in peace) who raised him half of his childhood and left us before bts concert in 2016 if i'm not mistaken. taehyung is so tender-hearted and it amazes me every time how he expresses his emotions through voice and face i mean acting. he acted once btw so no wonder! he has it. thank u for reaction, get well soon

You noticed things in the video that I didn't and I've seen this video so many times today! Lol! V is releasing the music video to Rainy Days in a few days. the 1st song in the album is rainy days but they're dropping this love me again first... it's the 3rd song of the album .. coz the 2nd song is blue while the 4th is slow dancing and the 5th is for us .. then it concludes with V version piano of slow dancing...

Love is indeed a very great topic in songs. Esp if the writer makes use of symbolism whixh i think you you came out with strongly. The first red color that stands for great love and the golden outfit for gokden times spent win the loved one . Love the reaction. All these added to the soft ans soulful voice of V.
Pehaps the golden outfit was the golden relationship he had. That could be why in the very last lyric of the song he transitioned back from red to gold. In the end, maybe she came back, so he became golden again.

The Styling reminds me of 70s & Bowie, the Atmospheric Minor Keys remind me of the 80s.
Mhj produced this album thats why it gives those same vibes as ASAP cinematography. So she was producing both these albums almost simultaneously.

it's not about army's.... i hate that every time there is a clear message of romantic love, fans can't handle it and says it's about the fans. (not saying you do that) it's been spotted that V has been out holding hands with jennie. it's pretty obvious they are in a relationship, and who knows? maybe this song is for her, when perhaps that had broken up. i LOVE that they kind of went public. i think BTS has realyl helped idols with breaking stigma. suga rapping about a lot of serious things, in haegeum. jhope trying to shatter the "must always be happy" vibe with his comeback. and jungkook - came out with a very s3xual song - really saying he is not a baby, and that obviously idols have s3x - as even THAT fans try to deny to themselves 😄 and V openly walking with his girl hand in hand. i love to see it!!!! break those standards bts!
