I look at the skill you have when disassembling this type of vehicle, and the degree of stupidity of engineers to make it difficult to remove a simple radiator. I congratulate you for your work.

A lot of these newer domestic cars stay this way... you have to do "bodywork" to do mechanical work. I say domestic cars are good lease/rental cars... but not something you would want to own 5 years later.

This video answered all the questions I had about doing this job before I start it. So glad I won't have to mess with the AC lines.

I know the cooling system on the 3.6 is slightly different especially with the hoses but is the process more or less the same with the 3.6?

I have to replace my radiator on my 2011 Chrysler 200 because the stupid plastic neck that goes to the upper radiator. Hose just broke randomly while driving.
I am terrified of doing this. It seems like a lot. And I’ve done pretty big jobs.

Why is it recommended to evacuate the refrigerant? I saw no reason to watching the video. Even my service manual says to evacuate it.

Just as a safety tip I'd imagine because you do have to move the ac condenser around and risk breaking a line maybe? Idk
