JT..just wanted to say thank you for having quality and fun content..with no drama..no fakery/bullshittery..videos that make me smile cause there is to much bullshite in this world already..peace from freezing western NY..
Jt I love to enjoy the tractor rebuilds ! I am battling cancer and your show is my entertainment.I love my time with you next time have a blue mnt for me and you. wade
When i put the year a round cab on the 966 for the feed mixer i did the foam right away. About a year later i put some carpet on the floor, made a world of difference with just that aloan.
@@jtsbarnngrill6873 i forgot to mention my dad and i did a cab refit on our steiger a few years back and what we used was a lead lined kit which dropped the sound down to 61 decibels from 75
85 db is on the threshold of long term exposure damaging hearing. With my existing hearing degradation, I would advise using some protection even around 85.
I learned the hard way on my Rigid pipe wrench but if you shove the snipe all the way up the handle it saves bending the handle. another tip is to use a piece of pvc pipe for a snipe as its a lot lighter than steel.
This is actually very good. You dropped it by around 6db which is actually a lot. Its actually now just about to the point of not causing permanent hearing loss after extended exposure. (Over 85 dB for extended periods can cause permanent hearing loss. ) Roughly equivalent of going from a loud power tool, to a loud alarm clock in audio level
Painted floor was a surprise and good job with the project! Also, one might get into trouble even if he returns tool he borrowed and where he borrowed it at, if he done so without permission. Have you ever borrowed a knife from kitchen? Yeah, might give that a thought or two before you do so :)
With all that glass and steel you were never going to get it whisper quiet, but that's a pretty nice change in noise level. If nothing else it will make it easier to hear your new radio.
Good one J T , you done a good job on the MF 1800 cab kit , look great . It look alot easer to do , than my old JD 3350 . It was a pain , i didn't quite get it right .. but was ok .
Nice job JT. Would it be possible to add an insulation mat on the firewall on the engine side or is there one already there? If the hood resonates you can add mats under the hood. Just my thoughts.
Looking good! The heaviest seat i ever handled was the "air" seat in my 82 IH S2155. That was engine hoist heavy! Last month i put carpet in my 65 F350. Like a good soldier i made accurate templates. On rhe passenger side i forgot to flip the template over as i was cutting from rhe back side!😮 Oh well, at least I'm "saving big money..." I didnt attempt to cover rhe "hump" so it only cost me about $10.00 for the carpet and $100.00 for the gas!😅 Hopefully next year will being down the cost of energy! Thanks
Job well done, that's a real Tractor...No Electro sh...!! Another Greetings from Germany, see you next time!! (Now let's so the Same in the Versatile😅)
It may I ask a question ? I remover a good while ago you looking and starting an old 4wd rigid frame International tractor , have you got that home yet or done any more too it ? I believe it had a couple of badly damaged tyres .
Nope, I’ve made mention on this in a few vids, but that deal did not work out. Doesn’t mean I won’t get my hands on it someday but for now it’s not going to work out.
Any noise reduction is good and better on your ears .question does any of your tractors have a hydraulic pressure gauge in them my IH has a idiot light that don’t work somebody hacked up everything and I was thinking of putting in a gauge thanks for another good video
Looks like my 6' would be a not stand up straight. Of course I can't stand up straight in my car either. Unless I open the sun roof like on "back to the future".
I don’t. The original tach had 3300 on it, but who knows when that gave out. I know that tractor has been setting since the early 2000s, but it’s hard to say
JT..just wanted to say thank you for having quality and fun content..with no drama..no fakery/bullshittery..videos that make me smile cause there is to much bullshite in this world already..peace from freezing western NY..
Thanks! That is my goal, keep it fun and keep it real!
JT your going to think you’ve been to a dealership and received the deal of a lifetime. Well done young jeti. The earth shaking force is with you.
😆😆. Thanks!
She looks so much better. I can't believe you actually made a Kardashian quiet 😂😂. Great job, JT. Happy farming is coming this spring.
Thank you 😆😆
Jt I love to enjoy the tractor rebuilds ! I am battling cancer and your show is my entertainment.I love my time with you next time have a blue mnt for me and you. wade
Wade, you keep fighting, I'll have a blue mountain for ya next time, you're in my thoughts!
That Tac looks like a factory upgrade with the orange needle!!!
Right on!

Dude she looks amazing!!!! WELL DONE!
Thanks! I'm happy with how it turned out.
Success , you’ve made improvements that matter . The tractors are always getting better . Job well done JT . 👍
Thank you!
stove pipe insulation blanket works well as well plus a 3rd of the cost
Right on
Nice job jt. I used some cattle mat from tractor supply you know that heavy rubber mat. It's hard to cut but man it's the best thing I've used
Right on! I’ll bet it takes a lot to cut that thick stuff!
I enjoy your videos I look forward to seeing 2 each week your very talented
Thank you so much!
Nice work. My Dad and many other farmers went half deaf back in the 60’s and 70’s
Right!
That will certainly help with headaches, and it looks good too! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks! Made that cab much more pleasant!
Awesome. You are one smart guy. Enjoy those old masseys. Thanks for the ride.
Appreciate it!
Great job! Looks real professional. Maybe you can screw a metal threshold at the door to keep things in place and not rolled up by your boots.❤
That’s a good idea!
Great job 👏 keep it coming
Thanks!
You now have a brand spanking new tractor for a tiny fraction of the price of new. Good job JT.
Looks great 👌
Thanks 👍
That looks awesome JT. Nice job.
Thanks 👍
Great job JT, she is looking good 👍🏻
Thanks!
very nice , another job done on to the next one

Awesome job JT!
Thanks!
I can’t believe you made it through the process without spraying the wrong side of the foam!😂
😆😆😉. That happens lol
Looks good!
Thanks!
Good job jt.
Thanks!
Awesome J.T looks good you kinda inspired me to repaint one of my ole Massey Ferguson tractors
Right on!
Job well done 👏
Thanks!

Great video as always loved the Kardashian’s comparison 😂😂😂
Thank you 😁

If it works it works 😆
Getting a good cardio workout today!😉
For sure!
J.T.'s Half Fast Cab Insulation Documentary. It went well.
Thanks!
I really like where the cab is on this tractor, forward. Not like on the Ford 2+2. This thing is really good for the operater comparatively.
Right! I’ve always thought that about these as well
Then its beer o clock jt🍺good job mate cheers from down under 🇦🇺Monday it’s going to be 45 degrees Celsius 🥵on Monday
Cheers!
Nicely done JT, never ever barrow your wifes scissors, mine is a quilter,I know not too.
Thanks! You're right!
JT, hope u had tighten the bolts holden the bottom plate-on, to keep her from dancing the jeg. great job on the cab. Fluffy approved
Right on!
Nice job JT. Would it be possible to add an insulation mat on the firewall on the engine side or is there one already there?

Right on! This seat wasn’t bad, but some of them are unbelievable heavy loo
Is Santa going to bring Mrs. JT that corvette or will it be the Easter Bunny?
Probably the Easter bunny 😆
nice , 5db its great succes!
Thanks!

The decibel scale is not linear. Every 10 db is 10 times as loud. That's a big difference. Pretty sure that's the way it works.
Gotcha! I have no idea how that all works, but it is definitely a lot quieter from a personal standpoint
Touching 30000👍👍
Nice job 👍
Thank you so much 😀

ask santa for a small exaust fan for your shop that new building is probably a lot tighter then your old barn just a thought
Right on! I’ve been thinking of that,
If there is no wind that smoke will hang there a long time
That pipe could have been a start of a beer holder
It could still become one…. I left the base there 😉
That piece of paper you have in the corner of the cab want to make a cell phone holder out of that
When are you moving in?
Summit racing sells a heater for like $200.
Perfect!
Nice!
Thanks!
Idea for wife Christmas present: new sewing scissors 😮
😆😆😆😆

My 1155 has one for the charge pump, and the case has one.
Great job JT..awesome...old tractor..
Thanks 👍
Those hoses coming through the floor is something that someone added on! easy to eliminate
Right on
No safety glasses in the instructions 😂
😆😆
after all you have done to the 1800 what could you get for it.?
It’s hard to say, I’ve seen them on marketplace as high as 8k, but not as nice as this one. But seems like they don’t sell very fast
Looks like my 6' would be a not stand up straight. Of course I can't stand up straight in my car either. Unless I open the sun roof like on "back to the future".
Right on 😆😆
Too bad you can’t put double pane glass in the cab, too. Then it'll probably be super quiet.
Right on
👍
👍🏼
The seats have no suspension and the tractor I had it didn’t need it. Rode as smooth as a baby’s bum.
Right on! This one hasn’t been bad, I think those fat tires help a lot
You made a diamond out of a turd. Do you know how many hours the tractor has on it?
I don’t. The original tach had 3300 on it, but who knows when that gave out. I know that tractor has been setting since the early 2000s, but it’s hard to say
Did you watch Farmer Phil and his yellow Massey Ferguson 1200 and Massey Dave repairing Massey Ferguson tractors
Yes. I watch Massey Dave quite often
Jt is trying to glue himself to the Massey sasssey 1800 lol because jt is in the cat house lol
😆😆😆
Probably still need earplugs in reality.
Probably
You are definitely a 90% kind of guy. Why not spend another 5 sec to bring the job to 100%. A lot of hillbilly engineering!
90 percent was still an A- in school.
That’s better than most lol
