When Henry was free styling in The Absolute Face of Funder Bros, he said Richelle was gonna be choreographing the finale dance. So that’s why Ozzy said “l hope she didn’t share her choreo”. So they’re worried if she did or not. So Richelle must have finished choreographing the finale dance and she might have choreographed the other dances except for the first one cos Henry and Amy choreographed that. I can’t wait to see the dances tho. I think Richelle might dance to Corner for her solo. Cos in the trailer, she wears a yellow costume(like when briar dances in her yellow costume at the qualifiers) and briar dances to “you should see me in a crown” and since corner sounds like “bury a friend”. I love cleo and Judes relationship but I feel like it is a bit rushed and all over the place at the same time because one episode they would act all romantic and stuff but the next episode they will act normal and not mention their relationship at all!!! Also, we obviously knew they were going to get together because of the trailers but if there was no trailers I wouldn't suspect cleo and jude to get together until obviously the episode they were looking after the chairs, other than that they weren't really flirty, obviously until this weeks episode. But apart from that, I love them both so much and I am glad to see a lgbtq+ couple on the next step 🌈💖

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community even myself I love and hate the jude/cleo storyline because they haven't had any buildup(in comparison to other relationships in the show)to it they just suddenly dating which is a not truly representative of any relationship. but then it's also great to see the representation on a kids TV show. so I'm slightly torn but hopefully it'll all get a bit more fleshed out next season and we will have more LGBTQ+ characters!
yeah A Troupe don't really get to be annoyed at Richelle for talking to Jones. they were mad at her for ditching them without an explanation, then when she comes to explain herself they slam the door in her face. I totally get why they're unhappy with her but there's no need for them to be rude and passive aggressive like that. she is no longer a part of A Troupe - they've made that abundantly clear, so they do not get to be angry that she's talking to Jones. she can talk to whoever she wants!!! sometimes I wish you had written the season 7 script Alishea 😂❤️
It was KINGSTON who suggested turning the phone on silent. This annoyed me the entire episode. It's not Finn's fault. He just went along with the extremely rational suggestion.

I don’t understand how they are all mad at Richelle, if anyone was in the same position, with Richelle’s dancing would do the same. If they aren’t careful, Richelle knows their choreography because it’s her’s so she could leak it to win dance mania.
Sophie Lote But with Summer it was never a guaranteed chance that her or the team was going to Dancemania and it was early on in the dance season. Also the team also joined Richelle with her choreography and like abandoned Summer. Plus Summer let them go to Dancemania. Richelle ditched them at the last minute and didn’t even need to go solo.
No because A-Troupe said they were leaving FIRST thing in the morning for dancemania so it means it was the morning so she was calling him and then called Emily so it was still the same day.
I honestly felt bad for Richellle in this episode. I believe that her ambition was to only to go solo, and not hurt the team. It actually broke my heart when she was alone in her hotel room.😥💖
Exactly. I don't think she auditioned out of malice but rather knowing she has to go her own way. It was selfish but I think in the long term it's better because Richelle constantly feels overlooked and has wanted to stand out so I guess this was her opportunity to do so

The team reacted worse to Richelle talking to jones than when she was dating Elliott. That doesn’t make sense to me because Richelle isn’t on the team now and yeah jones has a big ego but he’s not really done anything to prove he’s an awful person. Unlike Elliott who we know was not a nice person and yet they weren’t really bothered that they were in a relationship

Honestly Piper's anxiety or over dramatic reactions to everything is gonna be more of a hinderence than Finn's forgetfulness or lateness. I really wished it would have been addressed somewhere through the season because she doesnt seem to have changed since the time in S6 where she was paranoid about the aerial
i’ve liked pipers development and how she’s believing in herself more and gotten over he anxiety, but it’s normal to get worried every so often and especially if you have had anxiety then she will go through some spells of being really worried and over dramatic so i thought this was a really realistic and in character thing to do.

We’ve seen no other staff not even as like an extra working at the Next step so I don’t get how is it allowed that a bunch of children can just go into an unsupervised studio and dance without any concerns.

Casey McGuire my prediction is that only the winners become professional and not a troupe since they most likely lost, which makes the season end on a debate cause a troupe breaks the news to b troupe that they can’t go to nationals anymore cause a troupe can and then b troupe gets upset, but nick or Emily says to let b troupe go and that’s the end of the season. If it there is a new season b troupe will find out that they aren’t qualified for nationals. So a troupe tHen comes back. Thats what I think happens.
Considering the fact that they’ve had the majority of season 7b c entered around Piper liking Finn, what have we really seen of their relationship? It was such a waste of time, we haven’t even seen them kiss except from the cheating scandal. It just feels like most of the episodes in 7b were just pointless and filler episodes. It just frustrates me. At this point even if dance mania does happen I’m not going to be satisfied because there are THREE EPISODES left and we should be wrapping up the season by now. Honestly I feel like A- troupe are acting like children they don't want to talk to Richelle and slam the door in her face but get mad because she's talking to someone else. I love Cleo and Jude but I don't like the fact that they danced to brave because that's Jiley's song and I didn't like the fact summer danced to when the war's over because it's Riley's song. I think it would've been better if Jones and A-troope were arguing and Richelle came out of her room and she's Jones' insulting' A-troope and she stands up for them. Jones would stop 'insulting' A-troope and Richelle would just go back to her room. Then I would've liked if Summer went to Richelle's room to thank her for standing up for them because it would've showed development and it would've kind of been like when Richelle went to thank Summer in season 7 episode 11. Duncan Steer yes I agree. Everyone complains summer “takes” things from Richelle what exactly did she take?? She worked for dance captain because Richelle was just taking selfies and not giving her dancers water breaks. Also summer got the solo because Emily and Michelle knew she was really good and dancing with emotion. She deserves the face of absolute dance after Richelle as she was the one who was in most of the dances. Did amazing and even helped acronation in the finals Literally she works for everything Richelle has been here a long time and is an amazing dancer but that doesn’t mean she should get every opportunity that comes by

I wasn't mad at either Richelle or Summer for auditioning solo because of they felt like that was what they needed to do, then so be it. But saying they did the exact same thing (like Richelle stans did) is false equivalence. Summer made sure she had a replacement, but Richelle didn't and did it the day before the competition. Summer gets her victories, which is good for her! Even when she was on B-Troupe she was dance captain and formed strong friendships. Richelle took on a leadership role before she left. I would say that Richelle does blame Summer, which is a criticism I have of Richelle. As I said before, the Summer Vs Richelle thing is banal and needs to stop because it's pointless and feels recycled
Can I just mention, the song Brave would actually fit Cleo and Jude’s relationship better because as an LQBTQ+ couple, they would probably face some form of discrimination at some point in their relationship, which fits with the lyrics of Brave. Yes, James wrote it for Riley, but he also wrote at least one other song for her in S3 for their anniversary, and they also have a song in S1 from their first date, so do they really need 3 songs?
It would I agree! But it's the logistics of it I'm not a fan of. Like if the song wasn't written by James, for Riley, it'd be fine! I just don't think you can just say 'oh jiley don't need all these songs' when James specifically wrote that one for Riley, do you get what I mean?
The discrimination plot would be interesting, however I find really difficult to name a single character that could be hostile to any character from the LGTB community. You see, Tns is really family friendly, and their characters are even more, so if any character said something discriminatory, the fandom would end up with the character's life xd. Do you know all the hate that exists in the fandom because of the whole Alfie thing? It is really difficult to create some trouble and real drama in the series since in the first episode of season 4 Michelle didnt care about dani's having a boyfriend.
mockingariana3 yeah, actually I can see why that would annoy people, and it is a little bit annoying that they didn’t address how they got the song. I have 2 theories on how they got it: 1) Either Cleo or Jude found an old USB or CD with the song on in a cupboard in the studio (unlikely to be the actual reason, but is the most logical in my opinion) 2) The TNS writers have excelled themselves once again at forgetting their own storylines, characters and details (probably the reason) Also, Miss Angela must’ve entered the black hole of the TNS universe, because she has vanished off the face of the Earth (And maybe Piper gets incredibly stressed/annoyed at Finn because with the whole Finn and Amy situation, Miss Angela returning, and losing Richelle, it might’ve triggered her anxiety again, which is why she set so many alarms and she is an emotional wreck with the Finn issues) P.S, Ariana, just wanted to say, keep up with the videos because they are really entertaining and enjoyable to watch, and they could use a writer like you who would prevent the black hole from swallowing so many plots

Honestly ozzy has bothered me this season. At the end of season 6 he became mature and started to grow up and then all of a sudden this season he made a u-turn and is more immature than in season 5
personally I think this season they have taken away a lot of character devolvement for some characters e.g: Rachelle and Ozzie : and then theres the fact that Piper was acting so out of character this episode, they also could of dressed more of the relationship between Cleo and Jude because it was so rushed. I think they spent too many episodes on the Finn, Piper, Amy love triangle that the actual plot of the show was lost, especially since this might be the last season with them all in it.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community even myself I love and hate the jude/cleo storyline because they haven't had any buildup(in comparison to other relationships in the show)to it they just suddenly dating which is a not truly representative of any relationship. but then it's also great to see the representation on a kids TV show. so I'm slightly torn but hopefully it'll all get a bit more fleshed out next season and we will have more LGBTQ+ characters!

yeah A Troupe don't really get to be annoyed at Richelle for talking to Jones. they were mad at her for ditching them without an explanation, then when she comes to explain herself they slam the door in her face. I totally get why they're unhappy with her but there's no need for them to be rude and passive aggressive like that. she is no longer a part of A Troupe - they've made that abundantly clear, so they do not get to be angry that she's talking to Jones. she can talk to whoever she wants!!! sometimes I wish you had written the season 7 script Alishea 😂❤️

Also the team also joined Richelle with her choreography and like abandoned Summer. Plus Summer let them go to Dancemania. Richelle ditched them at the last minute and didn’t even need to go solo.

Exactly. I don't think she auditioned out of malice but rather knowing she has to go her own way. It was selfish but I think in the long term it's better because Richelle constantly feels overlooked and has wanted to stand out so I guess this was her opportunity to do so

Honestly Piper's anxiety or over dramatic reactions to everything is gonna be more of a hinderence than Finn's forgetfulness or lateness. I really wished it would have been addressed somewhere through the season because she doesnt seem to have changed since the time in S6 where she was paranoid about the aerial
i’ve liked pipers development and how she’s believing in herself more and gotten over he anxiety, but it’s normal to get worried every so often and especially if you have had anxiety then she will go through some spells of being really worried and over dramatic so i thought this was a really realistic and in character thing to do.

We’ve seen no other staff not even as like an extra working at the Next step so I don’t get how is it allowed that a bunch of children can just go into an unsupervised studio and dance without any concerns.

If it there is a new season b troupe will find out that they aren’t qualified for nationals. So a troupe tHen comes back. Thats what I think happens.

Considering the fact that they’ve had the majority of season 7b c entered around Piper liking Finn, what have we really seen of their relationship? It was such a waste of time, we haven’t even seen them kiss except from the cheating scandal. It just feels like most of the episodes in 7b were just pointless and filler episodes. It just frustrates me. At this point even if dance mania does happen I’m not going to be satisfied because there are THREE EPISODES left and we should be wrapping up the season by now. If this is the last season then I’m not going to be happy...

Honestly I feel like A- troupe are acting like children they don't want to talk to Richelle and slam the door in her face but get mad because she's talking to someone else. I love Cleo and Jude but I don't like the fact that they danced to brave because that's Jiley's song and I didn't like the fact summer danced to when the war's over because it's Riley's song.
I think it would've been better if Jones and A-troope were arguing and Richelle came out of her room and she's Jones' insulting' A-troope and she stands up for them. Jones would stop 'insulting' A-troope and Richelle would just go back to her room. Then I would've liked if Summer went to Richelle's room to thank her for standing up for them because it would've showed development and it would've kind of been like when Richelle went to thank Summer in season 7 episode 11. Richelle also mentions in the episode that she still cares for A- troope and I think this would've shown it.

I wasn't mad at either Richelle or Summer for auditioning solo because of they felt like that was what they needed to do, then so be it. But saying they did the exact same thing (like Richelle stans did) is false equivalence. Summer made sure she had a replacement, but Richelle didn't and did it the day before the competition. Summer gets her victories, which is good for her! Even when she was on B-Troupe she was dance captain and formed strong friendships. Richelle took on a leadership role before she left. I would say that Richelle does blame Summer, which is a criticism I have of Richelle. As I said before, the Summer Vs Richelle thing is banal and needs to stop because it's pointless and feels recycled

Can I just mention, the song Brave would actually fit Cleo and Jude’s relationship better because as an LQBTQ+ couple, they would probably face some form of discrimination at some point in their relationship, which fits with the lyrics of Brave. Yes, James wrote it for Riley, but he also wrote at least one other song for her in S3 for their anniversary, and they also have a song in S1 from their first date, so do they really need 3 songs?
It would I agree! But it's the logistics of it I'm not a fan of. Like if the song wasn't written by James, for Riley, it'd be fine! I just don't think you can just say 'oh jiley don't need all these songs' when James specifically wrote that one for Riley, do you get what I mean?
The discrimination plot would be interesting, however I find really difficult to name a single character that could be hostile to any character from the LGTB community. You see, Tns is really family friendly, and their characters are even more, so if any character said something discriminatory, the fandom would end up with the character's life xd. Do you know all the hate that exists in the fandom because of the whole Alfie thing? It is really difficult to create some trouble and real drama in the series since in the first episode of season 4 Michelle didnt care about dani's having a boyfriend.
mockingariana3 yeah, actually I can see why that would annoy people, and it is a little bit annoying that they didn’t address how they got the song. I have 2 theories on how they got it:
1) Either Cleo or Jude found an old USB or CD with the song on in a cupboard in the studio (unlikely to be the actual reason, but is the most logical in my opinion)
2) The TNS writers have excelled themselves once again at forgetting their own storylines, characters and details (probably the reason)
Also, Miss Angela must’ve entered the black hole of the TNS universe, because she has vanished off the face of the Earth
(And maybe Piper gets incredibly stressed/annoyed at Finn because with the whole Finn and Amy situation, Miss Angela returning, and losing Richelle, it might’ve triggered her anxiety again, which is why she set so many alarms and she is an emotional wreck with the Finn issues)
P.S, Ariana, just wanted to say, keep up with the videos because they are really entertaining and enjoyable to watch, and they could use a writer like you who would prevent the black hole from swallowing so many plots

personally I think this season they have taken away a lot of character devolvement for some characters e.g: Rachelle and Ozzie : and then theres the fact that Piper was acting so out of character this episode, they also could of dressed more of the relationship between Cleo and Jude because it was so rushed. I think they spent too many episodes on the Finn, Piper, Amy love triangle that the actual plot of the show was lost, especially since this might be the last season with them all in it.
