Tenía 10 años, estábamos viendo con mi hermano mayor el programa y aparecen estos tipos! Me enamoré instantaneamente. Mi vida no fue lo mismo desde ese momento! Un millón de gracias por subirlo! Tremendo material y en buena calidad!

I remember seeing the Ramones with the Damned at Hammersmith Palais. We also saw Sigue Sigue Sputnik in Croydon. It was a lot of fun. The Ramones are really tight here, a great gig. The best gig I saw was the Clash coal miners benefit gig at Brixton Academy. It was a great venue. I saw Lou Reed there and the grateful dead. There were some amazing gigs in the late 70s, 80s and 90s. Bob Dylan comes to mind and Prince and Jeff Beck . My brother was very happy when I managed to get a ticket for the Stones at Brixton Academy but some of the best gigs were Hawkwind ,Groundhogs, Steve Marriott and the pack of 3, Roy Harper, Nick Harper, Jimmy Page playing Stormcock with Roy Harper at Wimbledon Theatre. A great artist who sings folk type music and is a great songwriter having made some of the most acclaimed music is Naomi Bedford and one of her songs is about the stockbroker in Surrey who killed his family and himself. It was all over the papers, a big story. It's great when you go to a gig and it's a small gig like in a pub and the artist plays a blinding gig . Steve Marriott of the Small Faces and Humble Pie fame was a hugely talented singer, guitarist and song writer and tragically he evidently died in a fire the same night. I was so shocked.
